There are actually 54 nations on the continent of Africa. Seven of the nations that are normally associated with Africa are actually in the Eastern Mediterranean Region of the World Health Organization

I do not believe that these proposed amendments are solely from Eswatini.
I believe that Eswatini merely was the nation chosen to submit the documents ON BEHALF OF the member nations.
This implies that all of the delegations were aware of and approved the submission.
NOTE: IMHO, the events that happened at the 75th World Health Assembly in May 2022 were actually dramatically different than what was reported and what people were led to believe.
I suggest that you question the African narrative that you may have been led to believe and read the proposed amendments.
