Concerned Texans took action and reached out to their Congressional Representative. They received feedback that just led to more confusion. Let's see if we can bring some clarity to this issue.

A concerned constituent reached out to their Congressman and received a response that clearly showed that the Republican Congressperson was supportive of the Biden administration’s proposed amendments to the International Health Regulations.
Needless to say, they were a bit surprised.
The following statements were made via email by Representative Michael McCaul in support of the amendments to the International Health Regulations that were proposed by the Biden administration on January 18, 2022.
“The amendments were originally developed under the Trump Administration.”
“If adopted, it would allow the WHO… to declare a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC) without the agreement of the member state in question where the outbreak is occurring.”
“The WHO can declare a PHEIC and share information with other states without the approval of the state in which the incident is happening.”
Representative McCaul seems to be supportive of dictatorial rule by the World Health Organization. Perhaps he believes that such dictatorial rules will only be applied to China. He seems to be unaware or unconcerned that the same dictatorial control could be used against the people of the United States and all other member nations.
The following false information was provided by Representative Michael McCaul:
“If the emergency committee does not come to their conclusion to declare a PHEIC unanimously, nonconsenting members of the committee are required to create their own report which will be included within the final report, providing for inclusion of all opinions of the health incident in question.”
The actual wording in Article 49 of the proposed amendments is below:
3 bis. If the Emergency Committee is not unanimous in its findings, any member shall be entitled to express his or her dissenting professional views in an individual or group report, which shall state the reasons why a divergent opinion is held and shall form part of the Emergency Committee’s report.
“Required” is not the same as “shall be entitled.”
The following false information was provided by Representative Michael McCaul:
“at least one member must be from the state in question.”
The actual wording in Article 48 of the proposed amendments is below:
“Members of the Emergency Committee should include be an at least one expert nominated by a the State Party within whose territory the event arises.
“Must” is not the same as “should.”

Michael McCaul, the Republican Congressperson from the 10th District in Texas, was also the lead Republican involved in drafting the the House Foreign Affairs Committee Minority Staff Report.
The following statement is from the above mentioned report:
We recommend the President and Secretary of State use the voice, vote, and influence of the United States to seek additional IHR reforms, including around the information Member States are required to provide, the WHO’s obligations to investigate unofficial reports concerning health events and notify Member States, and the process for declaring a PHEIC. [Page 60]

Representative Amodei clearly stated that he knew that the amendments would empower the WHO to declare a PHEIC on U.S. territory by over-riding the objection of the United States.
Representative Amodei also provided the same false information that was made by Representative McCaul by using the word “must” instead of “should.”

AMAZING find Jim. I shared this with my neighbor who told me yesterday that she liked trump. I told her then that he is one of them. Of course one could argue he had no idea that was happening, or maybe even thought it would solidify him as dictator, but his actions since has defined him as actively part of the ruling class. Trump platformed the owners of Johnson & Johnson at his last rally after they’ve been indicted for their part in the manufacturing of the opiate crisis as well as there severely flawed biowarfare agent causing harm and death to those injected with it!!
