It’s obviously a deranged idea to cede to a foreign agency powers in “pandemics”.
For no other reason that in times of novel threats nobody can honestly claim to know the best course of action.
The way humans most swiftly learn best mitigation in the face of novel threats is multiple experiments while maintaining excellent communications, the latter implied anyway by the IHRs.
In conclusion, even if WHO & national governments were benign, it would be the worst possible thing to do, to cede power outside the country. We’d definitely get worse outcomes, and we might learn nothing at all.
Once that treaty or IHR changes are done, WHO can any time it chooses declare a public health emergency of international concern, that triggers “temporary transfer of sovereignty, only for the duration of the emergency”, consider this.
If at any time in the future, they’re malign, this process will be triggered & that’s the end of democracy. Temporary emergency is forever. Did you know the 3rd Reich ruled for 12 years under emergency powers?

The Intergovernmental Negotiating Body has made available video recordings of the spoken comments offered during the first round of public hearings on 12-13 April 2022 (See https://inb.who.int/). A table on the same page states, “Written contributions will be archived on inb.who.int.”
More than six weeks after the first round of hearings, I searched for the archive of written statements but could not locate it anywhere on the website. I found the promising link “INB Public hearings” but it simply led in a circle back to the main page. What an apt allegory for the WHO’s activities!
The INB website states, “The INB’s [sic] will work based on the principles of inclusiveness, transparency, efficiency, Member State leadership and consensus.” But as with so many of the WHO’s actions that are now on full display, promises of inclusiveness and transparency vanish into an infinite loop of meaninglessness. Whether this amounts to gross incompetence, ill intent, or both I leave for intelligent stakeholders to determine. Hold the WHO accountable. Verify everything they say. Decide for yourselves.

The WHO can issue all the edicts it wants - enforcing them here in the USA won't be that easy. The solution is for us to make it clear to our government that any violation to our Constitutional Rights will not be tolerated and will be resisted, with force, if necessary. We should also make it clear to all members of Law Enforcement and the Military that if they side with the fascists, they will be considered enemy combatants and suffer the consequences.

State and local governments with the helpful assistance of the federal government can handle pandemics, etc. Most did a much better job than the federal government. I cannot imagine the chaos the WHO would cause. We are Americans; these people are used to people that can be controlled, we cannot and will not be. That is not in our DNA. Regarding the WHO and recommendation of a Pandemic Treaty,

The WHO, and the organizations/individuals directly and indirectly associated with this body, are attempting to consolidate power into the hands of oligarchs and utilize their pandemic models as a vehicle to create a Trojan horse which will position those willing member countries’ and their population with a direct, authoritarian control. The WHO’s Pandemic Treaty is nothing more than a disingenuous trope presented as the sina quo non to save the world by permitting Dr. Tedros to have unilateral control of those countries’ people, economies, freedoms, social institutions (among others), and personal sovereignty especially regarding their health.
Essentially, the signatories of this recommended treaty will disenfranchises the people it will impact, the world population, by depriving them a voice as a stakeholder and to participate in the drafting of the treaty. In sum, the Pandemic Treaty relegates the world population to being mandated to accept a unilateral, social contract created by unelected technocrats who have no direct responsibility to the people. This is prima facie evidence of their intent.

I believe that you have cancelled the June 2022 Public Hearing and I find this highly offensive considering that it is the public who will be affected by the new regulations that you wish to impose.
You have no right to impose anything on the public because the public has not elected you.
You talk about transparency and yet you have closed-door meetings in back rooms without disclosing the attendees or content discussed to the public.
Dr. Tedros is not a medical doctor so why would we want such a person dictating how people should treat their bodies. He has not been elected by the people, in fact he was selected for a second term because there were no other candidates I hear. Also, Dr. Tedros is wanted in his own country for having neglected health epidemics in Ethiopia.
One thing that should be added to the international regulations, is that all pharmaceutical companies must have long term safety trials and that these trials much be observed and investigated by a non-associated and independent company whereby the investigative staff have no affiliation and no financial benefits from the pharmaceutical companies. Also, all damage incurred to the public by the pharmaceutical companies, whether medicine or vaccines, must be compensated in full within one year of damage.
Let it be known that all people’s bodies are not necessarily the same and, therefore, mass-treatment is totally un-medical and unacceptable.

If we let this go on, what kind of lives will our children and grandchildren have to look forward to?!
My son just graduated high school. More than anything, he wants to travel and see the world, go places, do things, enjoy his life, but he can't, because he is not getting that awful shot, nor masking or any of the WHO's and CDC's b.s. guidelines. He wants to see Canada, but can't cross the border because of Justin Trudeau's nonsense and tyranny.

The WHO is a criminal organization that is going to do whatever it does to further its own agenda of control and self-enrichment. I don't think any clandestine deals that the WHO strikes with the (equally corrupt) Biden Administration will be lawful and I, for one, would certainly not follow any such edicts. The Supreme Court would strike such "treaties" down, if they ever even got that far. Senators are urging President Joe Biden to pull the United States out of the World Health Organization.
While the senators want Biden to leave the WHO as a whole, Daines and Cotton especially take issue with the Biden administration’s plan to support amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR) from January 18, which they assert will increase the international organization’s power at the expense of the U.S. and its allies.
“We urge you to not only rescind your administration’s proposed January 18, 2022, amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR), but also to withdraw the United States from this corrupt and inept international organization,” the Republican senators wrote in a letter sent to the president that was posted by Fox News.
“The WHO has demonstrated an abysmal lack of competence throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, which has destroyed the organization’s credibility and undermined the public’s confidence in it,” they declared. “The WHO severely mismanaged the pandemic, failed to get public health information to the world, and willingly promoted misinformation that helped Communist China cover up its responsibility for a global pandemic.”
