In their ongoing development of what most people refer to as the proposed “Pandemic Treaty,” the World Health Organization has produced a 32 page document that is an advance copy of what they have been referring to as the “Conceptual Zero Draft.” Within the document, the WHO refers to it as the WHO CA+. Although they never actually define the acronym, it most likely is an abbreviation for World Health Organization Convention Agreement and more - WHO CA+

Personally, I pronounce this “hookah plus,” because the WHO must be smoking something wacky if they think that I am going to allow the people of the world to fall for this pile of thinly disguised, modern day colonialist’ sales and marketing garbage.

When you review the WHO CA+, please look at it as if it came directly from the marketing department of a large pharmaceutical giant or hospital group. The WHO CA+ is the World Health Organization’s blatant attempt to Build a Bigger Bureaucracy in support of their masters in the Pharmaceutical Hospital Emergency Industrial Complex (PHEIC).
This is a blatant attempt by the Pharmaceutical Hospital Emergency Industrial Complex (PHEIC) to legitimize their evil desire to be formally invited to financially and physically invade the nations of Africa (and other developing nations) in order to colonize and control them in the 21st century way: By enticing the less wealthy nations of the world with the prospect of billions of dollars from Mr. Global (the largest banking institutions in the world) in order to build and pay for pharmaceutical manufacturing plants and distribution networks within their borders.
The reason for this PHEIC “diplomacy” is that, from their home bases in the United States and Europe, the pharmaceutical giants have mostly failed to convince the people of Africa and assorted other nations around the world, to swallow their poisons and accept their deadly injections. The “powers that be” in the “Global North” are methodically attempting to convince the people of the “Global South” to ignore their native healing traditions and accept the PHEIC’s deceitful pharmakeia.
The people who run the organizations, foundations and corporations that donate billions of dollars to the World Health Organization and have been promoting the proposed “Pandemic Treaty” are all deeply invested in the corporations that make up the Pharmaceutical Hospital Emergency Industrial Complex (PHEIC). The WHO CA+ is nothing more than a long-term marketing and sales program for the Pharmaceutical Hospital Emergency Industrial Complex (PHEIC).
The needs and wishes of the people of the nations of Africa, and most other nations around the world, are being poorly represented by delegates who are useful idiots functioning as unconscious shills for the Pharmaceutical Hospital Emergency Industrial Complex. They are spreading FEAR (False Evidence Appearing Real) in order to convince people to distrust their own natural immunity and the many natural ways to support and enhance that natural immunity, in favor of toxic pharmaceutical poisons that can be swallowed, inhaled or injected.
The Pharmaceutical Hospital Emergency Industrial Complex’s attempts to frighten the general public via the WHO’s declarations of Public Health Emergencies of International Concern should be seen for what they truly are: They are all designed to increase the power, the reach and the profits of an industry that markets and promotes their poisons by first scaring people enough to get them to lose their minds so that they will then agree to swallow, inhale or inject pharmaceutical poisons out of fear.
The WHO CA+ IS NOTHING MORE THAN A GIGANTIC MARKETING CAMPAIGN TO EXPAND THE REACH, THE POWER AND THE PROFITS OF THE PHARMACEUTICAL HOSPITAL EMERGENCY INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX.

Global supply chain and logistics network
1. The Parties [shall]/[should] build and sustain an equitable, transparent, rapid, resourced, coordinated, uninterrupted and reliable global supply chain and logistics network for pandemic response products.
2. Towards this end, each Party [shall]/[should]:
(a) Ensure a concerted and coordinated approach to the availability and distribution of, and equitable access to, pandemic response products, by means that include:
(i) measures that leverage well-established and proven systems, processes and mechanisms, notably the supply chain and logistics experience from across the United Nations system, mindful of the need to build on respective strengths
(b) Prioritize and coordinate country requests for essential supplies based on public health needs and updated national action plans for pandemic prevention, preparedness, response and recovery of health systems;
(c) Enhance countries’ and regional logistical capacities to establish and maintain strategic stockpiles of pandemic response products;
(d) Allocate supplies, raw materials and other necessary inputs for sustainable production of pandemic response products (especially active pharmaceutical ingredients) including for stockpiling purposes, through the most efficient multilateral and regional purchasing mechanisms, including pooled mechanisms and in-kind contributions, based on public health needs, by means that include:
(i) measures that address the restriction of distribution of pandemic response products
(e) Establish and operationalize international consolidation hubs, as well as regional staging areas, to ensure that transport of supplies is streamlined and uses the most appropriate means for the products concerned.

(a) measures to incentivize the development of pandemic response products, including incentives targeted at developing countries

(i) measures to build and strengthen the capacity of regulatory authorities and increase the harmonization of regulatory requirements at the international and regional level, including through mutual recognition agreements

(iii) measures to accelerate the process of licensing and approving pandemic response products for emergency use in a timely manner, including the sharing of regulatory dossiers
(a) Promote and align international, regional and national scientific and technical cooperation and action in research and the development of technology, by means that include:
(i) measures to strengthen research and development processes and capacities for rapid and timely development and production, at national, regional and global levels, of pandemic response products, such as but not limited to, diagnostics, medicines and vaccines, particularly in developing countries
(ii) measures to encourage the sharing and gradual increase of resources (human and financial), including from public sources, for research and development of pandemic response products
(a) measures to support the collective development and use of principles and norms and sets of practices that ensure that public financing of research and development for pandemic response products results

“The Pentagon's New Map: War and Peace in the Twenty-First Century is a 2004 book by Thomas P.M. Barnett. In it he outlined a global strategy which is so cold and cruel it made my hair stand on end when I read it. Barnett described the world in a simplistic binary fashion. He said that the correct way to view the world was not as nations with borders but as two distinct regions, the GAP and the CORE.
If we live in the GAP we have two choices: Die or migrate.
If we live in the CORE we have NO choices: We accept immigration, poverty and debt.
If we view global events through that lens, we can easily see why certain places in the Gap are stressed with colour revolutions, wars or sanctions and others left to rot in poverty or smashed to a pulp by extreme weather. We can see how the Core is being deliberately over-stressed with out-of-control immigration and constantly increasing debt.
