The super-secret International Health Regulations Review Committee (IHRRC) is scheduled to meet January 9-13, 2023. They plan to submit the amendments on January 15, 2023. THIS IS REALLY IMPORTANT.
SECRET NEGOTIATIONS FOR THE AMENDMENTS TO THE INTERNATIONAL HEALTH REGULATIONS:
January 9-13, 2023
For five (5) days, from Monday January 9, 2023 to Friday January 13, 2023, the super-secret International Health Regulations Review Committee (IHRRC) will be conducting face-to-face meetings in Geneva, Switzerland. The purpose of these meetings will be to finalize their report regarding the proposed amendments to the International Health Regulations.
The work done by the IHRRC is “confidential” and they answer directly to the Director General ONLY. Their work is likely to involve editing the 46 page proposed amendments to the International Health Regulations to eliminate the many typographical errors and redundancies that can be found in the current version.

These meetings will NOT be live streamed. The proceedings will not be available to the public. NO public comment period is scheduled. YOUR opinion regarding these amendments is NOT going to be considered. These rules are being negotiated by the members of the International Health Regulations Review Committee, who were chosen, not elected.
January 15, 2023
The self-imposed deadline for the IHRRC to submit its report to the Director General is January 15, 2023. The Director General is then expected to communicate it without delay to the Working Group for amendments to the International Health Regulations (WGIHR) and also to the 194 member nations. By submitting the secretly negotiated document by January 15, 2023, the IHRRC will provide the Director General with at least 6 days to forward the submitted documents to the 194 member nations by the deadline of at least 4 months in advance to the 76th World Health Assembly.

The “official” statements of the World Health Organization have consistently stated that they do NOT plan to adopt the proposed amendments to the International Health Regulations until the 77th World Health Assembly in 2024.

However, if the proposed amendments to the International Health Regulations are submitted to the WHO by January 15, 2023, then they COULD be adopted by the 76th World Health Assembly as early as May 2023.

For the truth is very obvious that to these transnational looters, philanthropaths and God wannabes in the grip of ultimate evil, the human being nor his soul is sacred; their deception blinds them, woefully, for their eventual condemnation is certain. Men cannot resist evil awash in hatred without becoming lost in it and it’s useless as a weapon against them anyway, they have plenty of that, it feeds them and it feeds division which is what they hope will be their ally. We must take every precaution not to let that happen. We need to guard against the constant goading to divisiveness, stand firm in the knowledge that we are pawns in a spiritual battle with Jesus, The Holy Spirit and Almighty God in our corner. Believe with all your being that united we will stand. The necessity of understanding this current epic world struggle means an eternity of difference to every single human soul.

Just wanted to make a suggestion as I know they will try to turn anything against us. They are removing the word "non-binding", however there is an "opt-out clause". If I remember correctly a state has 48 hrs (or was it 24?) to submit a written rejection of any offer of "assistance" (a.k.a. orders) from the WHO.
The timeframe obviously shows that this is a symbolic joke, that leaves zero room for any form of national democratic process to take place. In addition it sounds like an all or nothing blackmail clause. Say a developing nation actually would like some help with sanitary equipment to handle some form of outbreak, in order to get this help they can be forced to impose draconian lockdowns on their citizens - or they get no help at all. This is how I read it anyway.
This opt-out clause will be used to claim that this is still voluntary (and that we are conspiracy theorists) so I think it’s good to be prepared with some good counter arguments.
