Making Sense of the Noise
Have you actually read the latest versions of the documents being negotiated at the WHO? What if the documents are very different than you may have been led to believe? Expect the unexpected!
My biggest concern is that many people around the world have NOT actually read the WHO documents. Instead, they have been paying attention to hearsay, hype and fear-mongering that has been unbelievably misleading.

After the dust settles, many people are likely to be very, very confused.
If any agreements are reached, you should expect the final documents to be VERY different than you may have been led to believe.
I have tried to clarify these issues for months.
See this article, this article, and this article.
I will try one more time…
Please watch the video below:
If the WHO member states can agree on a text for a Pandemic Agreement next week it will likely be approved at the World Health Assembly the following week.
So why is a Pandemic Agreement proving so difficult to land?
At its most simple, it’s about money.
As things stand, the global south fears being locked into too much expensive reform and the developed north worries about forking out too much to pay for it. As a result, the wording of the text has become looser and looser with every round of negotiations.
“What’s important will be access to the mRNA platforms used to make those products, and pretty soon those platforms are going to be globally distributed.”
Much has been made in the op-ed pages of The Telegraph and other media of the issue of “sovereignty” but the issue has hardly surfaced in the Geneva talks because of a long standing clause in the proposed text which explicitly rules out any land grab.
Clause 24, paragraph three says: “Nothing in the WHO Pandemic Agreement shall be interpreted as providing the WHO Secretariat, including the WHO Director-General, any authority to direct, order, alter, or otherwise prescribe the national and/or domestic laws, as appropriate, or policies of any Party.”
The agreement also states that the World Health Organization has no power “to mandate or otherwise impose any requirements that parties take specific actions, such as ban or accept travellers, impose vaccination mandates or therapeutic or diagnostic measures, or implement lockdown.”
Those of a conspiratorial mindset might be better alighting on the concepts of Great Power Competition and first mover advantage rather than sovereignty to explain what’s really going on.

WHO document in question is a contract, not a treaty. Its action would be in the jurisdiction of the air and shouldn't be misconstrued or misrepresented as a land jurisdiction treaty.
Basically, the corporations masquerading as governments are getting together to hire an "expert" to do their bidding and they think that by banding together and using WHO as a storefront they can escape accountability for their actions.
WHO had better think twice. Double ditto the corporations engaged in this attempted power grab.
If the actual national and international governments have no power to dictate individual health decisions, it follows that no corporation created by any national or international government has any authority to dictate individual health decisions, either.
And it doesn't matter how many of them agree or disagree. You can't delegate a power to others that you don't have yourself. And whether it is one or a million people who don't have a particular right, it's all the same.
Think of it this way: if John doesn't have the right to kill the neighbor's goat, a whole group of goat-haters just like John all banded together still don't have the right to kill the neighbor's goat.
It's still a crime and an action beyond the limitations of their authority.
Living people are not bound by the druthers and decisions of corporations, unless they happen to work for those corporations.
Does General Motors, Inc., or Raytheon, Inc., or Walmart, Inc., get to dictate your health decisions?
Then why would the State of Illinois, Inc., or the American Government, Inc., or the Missoula County Sheriff's Office, Inc., have anything to say about it, either?
They don't.
the WHO is our employee and they have no standing to make create or even talk about a treaty, what they are doing is haggling about control on an illegal contract. NO they do not have authority over any body, anybody or any bobby. they need to just quit now before they are all hung.
As I have said many times the WHO is not going to be knocking on our door to steal our freedom and our liberty. They will do it through the leadership of each country. The country leaders will do the dirty work. That is why it is so important to educate people and our state elected on the importance of understanding the authority the state and the people of the state has in order to refuse compliance. The American people are totally constitutionally illiterate and that is why we have found ourselves in this mess BUT it is NOT TOO LATE. In TN our state elected have already acknowledged that Nullification is the rightful remedy when the federal government steps outside of its small and defined legislative lane. And now we are working to have a law passed that will establish 5 different ways in which to invoke Nullification when appropriate. It is not enough to get your state elected to believe in the concept of Nullification and quite another thing to get them to actually take the required action and this is why the legislation is needed. The federal government has no jurisdiction over health, education, the environment etc. The federal government including the Supreme Court ARE NOT the final arbiter of the Constitution. Our founders made it very clear (for those that want to do their homework on the subject) that the states and the people of the states decide what is or is not constitutional. Over many decades the federal government including the SC has assigned itself authority which has never been delegated to them in the. first place and because most Americans have been constitutionally illiterate for many decades we allowed them to get away with it.....WELL it is time to say no more and it is time to flex our muscle. But it will take work and possibly some sacrifices but many have sacrificed greatly to create this country and to protect this country. The least we can do is give up some TV time or some of the conveniences that have rendered many to a life of being a couch potato. No the WHO isn't going to do anything. Our biggest enemy is our own US government.
