NOTICE:
The time period in which people had an opportunity to submit written statements and apply for an opportunity to speak during the public comment period has passed. Stay tuned though. The WHO has stated that they will hold a similar public comment period in June. They have not yet published the details.
This is the third article in this series.
UPDATE (April 5, 2022):
https://www.bitchute.com/video/ZXtzJvlVkOTu/
The WHO is seeking public input on this question to support the work of the intergovernmental negotiating body (INB) to draft and negotiate an international instrument to strengthen pandemic prevention, preparedness and response.
The first round of hearings will be held through a webcast on 12-13 April 2022. Sessions times are in Central European Summer Time (CEST).
April 12, 2022: 8h-11h, 14h-17h
April 13, 2022: 9h-12h, 15h-18h
A second round of hearings is planned for June 16-17, 2022.
The WHO is seeking written input from all interested parties in these hearings, and strongly encourages participation in this important process.
The guiding question for the hearings is the following:
“What substantive elements do you think should be included in a new international instrument on pandemic preparedness and response?”
More information will be added to this page and this page when available.
About the public hearings
In a consensus decision aimed at protecting the world from future infectious diseases crises, in December 2021 the World Health Assembly agreed to kickstart a global process by establishing an intergovernmental negotiating body (INB) to draft and negotiate a convention, agreement or other international instrument under the Constitution of the World Health Organization to strengthen pandemic prevention, preparedness and response.
As part of this historic decision, the World Health Assembly requested the Director-General to hold public hearings, in line with standard WHO practice, to support the work of the INB.
Per the INB’s timeline, the first round of those hearings has been set for April 12-13, 2022, with a second round set for June 16-17, 2022 . This information on the modalities for the first round of hearings is also expected to apply to the second round as well.
WHO is seeking input from all interested parties in these hearings, and strongly encourages participation in this important process.
The hearings will take place through two components- a spoken component (through videoconference technology) and a written component (through a dedicated web portal).
The timing of the spoken component sessions is as follows (all times CEST):
April 12, 2022: 8-11 AM, 2-5 PM
April 13, 2022: 9 AM-12 PM, 3-6 PM
Subject to WHO’s policies and procedures and the availability of slots, spoken contributions will be welcome from all relevant stakeholders, including both public and private sector entities, that register and accept the applicable terms for spoken contributions. The modalities, as well as the applicable terms, will be published by WHO on this webpage.
Relevant stakeholders in this context includes non-State actors with a demonstrable interest in pandemic preparedness and responses, such as: international organizations; civil society organizations; private sector organizations; philanthropic organizations; scientific, medical and public policy institutions; academic institutions; and other such entities that have relevant knowledge, experience and/or expertise related to pandemic preparedness and response to share. Applicable terms will address, inter alia, requirements of timing, germaneness, civility and transparency.
Written contributions will be welcome from all interested parties, including the general public. The modalities for participation in the written component will be published by WHO on this webpage soon, and the public hearings will also be webcast and archived here.
While all content and contributions will be moderated by the WHO Secretariat in line with the applicable terms and standard WHO practice, no input received should be interpreted as reflecting the view or position of WHO, and participation in the public hearings process is not to be considered an ‘engagement’ with any actor under WHO’s rules, procedures, and practices.
Should your organization wish to participate in the spoken component of the public hearings, a registration link will be available here soon.
Please also note that due to high expected demand, WHO cannot guarantee speaking slots, or any specific speaking times, for the spoken component of the public hearings and may allocate the limited number of slots available with a view to ensuring the widest possible presentation of viewpoints.

ORIGINAL ARTICLE:
My main purpose in writing this article is to encourage all of the “relevant stakeholders” in the world to TAKE ACTION NOW.
NOTE: Every human being on earth is a “relevant stakeholder.”
Please be aware that the WHO is currently negotiating an international agreement designed to increase their legal authority over YOUR health.
I encourage everyone on earth to prepare and submit their opinions and recommendations to the WHO’S International Negotiating Body (INB) and to all the delegates to the World Health Assembly A.S.A.P.
The deadline for submissions is April 29, 2022.
I realize that neither the Intergovernmental Negotiating Body nor the United States delegation to the World Health Assembly is likely to listen to or act upon any of our recommendations, but IT IS STILL EVERYONE’S OBLIGATION TO MAKE THE EFFORT TO SPEAK THEIR TRUTH TO POWER BEFORE THE APRIL 29, 2022 DEADLINE.
Please make it clear to each and every member of the Independent Negotiating Body, and to your countries’ delegation to the World Health Assembly, that they MUST address these important issues:
The abuse of our health related human rights
The loss of freedom to practice medicine according to one’s conscience
The need to restore the sanctity of the patient-doctor relationship.
I humbly request that all of the “relevant stakeholders” listed below (and everyone else in the world), take action immediately and speak their truth to power. I invite all of the doctors, lawyers and organizations listed below to formally raise their voices and make their recommendations on the topic of medical freedom.
The most fatal mistake:
Practicing medicine through bureaucracy while ignoring the wisdom and experience of frontline doctors
The biggest mistake made during the COVID-19 pandemic was to allow bureaucrats to practice medicine and social engineering. If changes to international law are made, they MUST include measures to stop these mistakes from ever occurring again.
We must all demand that the issues of medical freedom be included in the discussions of any international agreement.
Please share this information with everyone you know and encourage the people and organizations listed below to publicly speak truth to power.
SPEAK UP. SPEAK OUT.
SPEAK TRUTH TO POWER RIGHT NOW
INTERNATIONAL COVID SUMMIT DECLARATION:
We, the people of the world, declare that we hold the power and obligation to reject tyranny and the duty to strongly protect the rights granted by those before us.
We, the people of the world, demand the immediate termination of all oppressive, segregative, dystopian, tyrannical and divisive mandates that have been imposed globally under the premise of a declared pandemic.
We, the people of the world, demand that governments return all powers to medical and scientific professionals to treat patients based on science, knowledge and experience instead of on imposed mandates.
We, the people of the world, demand that the physician-patient relationship be restored by allowing all medical professionals to practice without fear of punishment.
We, the people of the world, demand freedom to choose our own medical treatments based on uncensored and transparent scientific data and research that is free from coercion, punishment, or threat.
We, the people of the world, demand the right to refuse medical treatments based on health, conscientious or religious beliefs and demand that our infringed rights to bodily autonomy be returned immediately.
We, the people of the world, demand that all employment that was terminated because of the refusal to take an experimental drug be reinstated immediately.
We, the people of the world, demand the immediate cessation of mandates and coercion that impose medical interventions on children without the explicit consent of the parents.
We, the people of the world, demand the immediate release of the medical and scientific data and statistics of all vaccines and medications that have been mandated during this declared pandemic.
We, the people of the world, are enforcing Article 6, Section 3 of the Nuremberg Code which states that: In no case should a collective community agreement or the consent of a community leader or other authority substitute for an individual’s informed consent.
We, the people of the world, demand that all liability be imposed onto the drug manufacturers and that they be held responsible for all deaths and injuries caused by the medication.
We, the people of the world, demand a thorough investigation of all corruption and conflicts of interest surrounding this declared pandemic and that each guilty party be punished and convicted for every death and/or injury that was caused by the mandates or coercion, including all suicides.
We, the people of the world, declare that it is our inalienable right and duty to immediately demand the return of our freedoms, truth, liberties and our right to the pursuit of happiness.
SIGN THE DECLARATION:

I call upon all of the people and organizations below to speak out clearly against the actions of the United States and the WHO in their attempts to amend the International Health Regulations or to negotiate an international “Treaty for Pandemic Prevention, Preparedness and Response.”

TO WHOM SHOULD YOU SPEAK?
Originally, the INB had set a time period from March 21, 2022 to April 29, 2022 during which they will be accepting input from the delegations from the 194 member countries and also from civil society organizations that already have a working relationship with the WHO. However, in early April, they set up specific times for virtual public meetings in order to accept public input. (See UPDATE above.)
The Bureau proposes that as a first step, input would be solicited by the Bureau from Member States, who would provide their recommended categories or components that will form the substantive elements.
Member States providing input will be able to do so by answering to a survey/online tool, designed for ease of access and use, and will also have the opportunity to submit an open-ended written submission.
During this period, Member States could provide their suggestions, ideas and thoughts on substantive elements through the online tool and open-ended written submissions, and the Bureau would compile, categorize, and synthesize the results of the global survey and open-ended written submissions and consolidate all the inputs.

The Intergovernmental Negotiating Body has adopted the following “modalities of engagement for relevant stakeholders”:
Other entities and persons. (To be decided by the INB.)
Such entities could include, without limitation, academic institutions, civil society organizations, indigenous populations and communities, manufacturers and industry associations, and individual experts (such as academic figures or independent technical experts).

DELEGATES TO THE WORLD HEALTH ASSEMBLY
As of today (March 28, 2022), the INB has NOT set up a mechanism to receive input or comments from the general public. Nor have they made it clear how one might submit documents directly to the INB via email or by other means.
The “proper protocol” appears to be that individual citizens of the world should reach out to their country’s delegates to the World Health Assembly. Each member country can send three official delegates to the World Health Assembly:
Find the delegates to the World Health Assembly from your country in the document below.
https://apps.who.int/gb/ebwha/pdf_files/WHASSA2/SSA2_DIV1REV1-en.pdf
NOTE: The details regarding who is supposed to “represent” We the People” at the World Health Assembly (and how to contact them) is maddeningly difficult to obtain. I realize that the PDF above includes a list of delegates to the special session that occurred in November 2021 and that the delegates that attend the 75th World Health Assembly will likely be somewhat different. If you would like to help research this information, that would be very much appreciated!

BACKGROUND:
The World Health Organization (WHO) has set up an Intergovernmental Negotiating Body (INB) that has been empowered to draft a legal “instrument” (commonly referred to as the “Pandemic Treaty”) that would legally control future international efforts in pandemic prevention, preparedness and response.
Below is just some of the bureaucracy that has been set up by the WHO:
The Intergovernmental Negotiating Body (INB)

James I got here through the Mercola site. How does the WHO have any control over US Citizens? We are a sovereign nation. Why would the WHO care whether we submit a statement or not? Seems like gaslighting and/or collecting a list of dissenters for tracking. They seem to be bulldozing forward regardless. God have mercy on us.
