Could you ask a lawyer to draft such a 'Counter Offer with Conditions'? I am no lawyer...

I'm sorry but I don't have time to listen to a lot of fancy talk of the WHO people. All I know is I want the WHO to NOT EXIST! they are a corrupt organization, also unnecessary, so why even give them a moment of your time except to eradicate them?
No mention that the WHO is violating is own rules, and No demand to postpone a vote until next year. Instead of the WHO dictating responses, they are demanding the states implement lockdowns and other draconian measures like they did the last time. We need to hammer our own countries to not implement such measures ever again. And restrict the emergency powers that led to those unconstitutional mandates.
First of all there seems to be concern about the giving away of vaccines, but we know the latest “vaccines” were countermeasures, the trials therefore theatre (falsley declaring them safe and effective) to convince the public to get jabbed. This has served to uncover the truth about vaccines in general and so, to my mind, never mind giving them away, they should be destroyed.
The biggest question unasked is why does the world need a new treaty anyway. Instead the WHO failed so miserably (or achieved exactly what it intended to do) that it should be not just defunded but dismantled. Only Andrew Brigden brought up the fact that they are breaking their own rules (on the four month preview time) and this did not seem to matter to the Speaker! Further, no one asked why we should be expecting global pandemics to begin with. They do not occur in nature. Any “pandemic” known of so far has come about because of gain-of-function research. Why did no one ask about what is to be done to stop this research? And why should the government, which is supposed to represent the people whom such a treaty would directly affect, be allowed to sign any such treaty without a vote of consent from the people…as was the case with Brexit? The WHO is supposed to be a data collection and information assembling entity with no authority to dictate any action to any country. Why is it fighting so hard to give itself that authority?

First of all there seems to be concern about the giving away of vaccines, but we know the latest “vaccines” were countermeasures, the trials therefore theatre (falsley declaring them safe and effective) to convince the public to get jabbed. This has served to uncover the truth about vaccines in general and so, to my mind, never mind giving them away, they should be destroyed.
The biggest question unasked is why does the world need a new treaty anyway. Instead the WHO failed so miserably (or achieved exactly what it intended to do) that it should be not just defunded but dismantled. Only Andrew Brigden brought up the fact that they are breaking their own rules (on the four month preview time) and this did not seem to matter to the Speaker! Further, no one asked why we should be expecting global pandemics to begin with. They do not occur in nature. Any “pandemic” known of so far has come about because of gain-of-function research. Why did no one ask about what is to be done to stop this research? And why should the government, which is supposed to represent the people whom such a treaty would directly affect, be allowed to sign any such treaty without a vote of consent from the people…as was the case with Brexit? The WHO is supposed to be a data collection and information assembling entity with no authority to dictate any action to any country. Why is it fighting so hard to give itself that authority?
Lastly, the repetitive one line answer to several different questions, stating that the UK will not sign over sovereignity over domestic issues of international concern sounded suspicious. Those words were carefully written down and read off word for word each time…something felt off.
The people of the USA have 51 constitutions that restrict government… when you take the time to read and study them…our nation will find remedy when we understand how to stand in the freedom that is written in those documents and learn how to instruct our elected servants
Originally, in aftermath of WW 2, the idea of forming an agency like the WHO was universally popular. So why now is it so unpopular? Plain and simple, Big Pharma, Big Ag, Gates Foundation, have bought our elected officials and that's the same old "new normal".
