James, might you go back on Corbett Report and update his audience regarding Article 55 and the deadline passing? I recall you with him and Children's Health Defense's Meryl Nass*. It might help to more clearly spell out the rammifications and implications of this WHO voting/referendum, etc. James C. even gave his audience flack for not recognizing its import at the time of the release of the conversation and the feedback he recieved. I've been following and recommending your substack, but I admit I still have trouble articulating the details of what I undersatnd of your argument (other than nations who are aligned with the WHO have to submit to any and all health stipulations or recommendations they might make, including forced mRNA gene tx jabs, etc.).

Also, would love to hear a conversation or an update with you and William Ramsey of William Ramsey Investigates. Cheers.

I am just hearing this conversation on SGTReport with James. In my recollection, it is a far more cogent and clearly articulated series of positions and arguments of the Article 55, WHO treaty amendments issue, etc., than my initial puzzlement with the requested urgency in spreading the message in hearing this topic for the first time on James Corbett's program back in October of 2023.

Thank you for taking the time to express your thoughts regarding vaccinations. Understanding your views helps me to better represent Florida in the United States Senate, and I appreciate the opportunity to respond.

Vaccines have eradicated deadly diseases, saved countless lives, and helped children here at home, and abroad, to live healthy lives and reach their full potential. Unfortunately, vaccines became politicized during the COVID-19 pandemic when the Biden Administration made serious attempts to restrict the right of Americans to refuse the COVID-19 vaccine. I supported multiple efforts to stop this government overreach and restore common sense.

In the 117th Congress, I cosponsored a joint resolution of disapproval (S.J.Res.29) to overturn the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) emergency temporary standard (ETS) under the Congressional Review Act (CRA). This ETS would require private employers with more than 100 employees to either mandate COVID-19 vaccinations for their employees or institute a weekly testing regime and mask ordinance by January 4, 2022. Through this mandate, the Biden Administration forced the incomes of working families to be conditional upon receiving a vaccine, exacerbating the critical labor shortage, and further dividing our nation. On November 17, 2021, Senator Mike Braun (R-IN) introduced S.J.Res. 29. On December 8, 2021, with my support, the Senate passed the measure by a bipartisan vote of 52-48. The House of Representatives did not consider the measure. On January 13, 2022, the U.S. Supreme Court blocked the administration’s mandate from being enforced by finding that OSHA exceeded its authority.

While the mandate was in place in the 117th Congress, I introduced the Protecting Working Families from Federal Overreach Act (S.3248) to support employers who faced the threat of worker shortages caused by President Biden’s unnecessary vaccine mandate on private businesses. This bill would have permitted states to use unspent COVID-19 relief funds to pay federal fines on behalf of private employers who do not comply with the Biden Administration’s private employer vaccine mandate. The federal government held the income of working families hostage and charged businesses, already hurt from the pandemic, up to $136,532 for violations of its vaccine mandate. Amid a growing inflation crisis, this bill would have used already appropriated money to aid these businesses and their employees for rightfully rejecting President Biden’s gross overreach.

Furthermore, the Biden Administration’s vaccine mandates implicated undue burden on our nation’s frontline healthcare workers and sick patients. On December 9, 2021, I cosponsored Senator Roger Marshall’s (R-KS) joint resolution (S.J.Res. 32) to halt President Biden’s Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) vaccine mandate for virtually all healthcare employees in the United States. Specifically, the proposed ETS would have mandated all providers in certified Medicare and Medicaid facilities to be vaccinated without any option to test weekly if they opt-out. President Biden's actions harmed the healthcare system as the country struggled with a fatigued healthcare workforce that remains underpaid and overworked. With my support, S.J.Res.32 passed the Senate on March 2, 2022. On June 5, 2023, CMS formally withdrew the COVID-19 vaccine mandate for healthcare workers. On February 14, 2023, I cosponsored the COVID-19 Vaccination Non-Discrimination Act (S. 420), which would prohibit federal funds, including Medicare, Medicaid, and CHIP funds, from being allocated to facilities that refuse to treat a patient because of their COVID-19 vaccination status. S. 420 was referred to the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions, where it awaits further action.

The Biden Administration’s vaccine requirements also extended to our brave men and women in uniform, who were required to receive the COVID-19 vaccine, or risk being discharged from service. I am glad Congress overturned that mandate as part of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023 (FY23 NDAA). During Senate consideration of the FY23 NDAA, I joined my colleagues in offering an amendment that would have provided an opportunity for service members who were previously separated for refusing the COVID-19 vaccine to seek reinstatement if they so choose, and to be compensated with back pay and full benefits. Unfortunately, Senate Democrats opposed the amendment, and it failed. The FY23 NDAA was signed into law on December 23, 2022 (P.L.117-263).

On October 6, 2023, I sent a letter to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) requesting information about the department’s policy for veterans who were injured by the COVID-19 vaccine while in service, including how disability benefits are determined. The VA has evaluated and expressed concerns with multiple vaccinations required for veterans and has provided several resources for veterans who would like to receive the COVID-19 vaccine, but there is no clear and accessible information about how servicemembers can receive support if they are facing long-term health impacts resulting from the COVID-19 vaccine.

It is an honor and a privilege to serve you as your United States Senator. As a member of the Senate Committee on Appropriations, I will keep your thoughts in mind as I consider these issues and continue working to ensure America remains a safe and prosperous nation. Hi James, do you have any answers around these ideas......I heard from more than one person, most recently JJ Couey, that we can end this WHO stuff quite quickly by 1. strike the Prep Act by using the 7th amendment violation and/or also remove the 1986 Vaccine Act ...why haven't these two things been considered...or have they..... here he is at 1:55mins talking about this very thing.... https://www.twitch.tv/videos/2035921756

I've written twice, maybe three times. What I get back are letters about how wonderful WHO is and not to worry about the amendments.

Great info but do we want our contact info and names available to all at the other end?

Do you know what usurps a constitutional right in the USA? That would be a "Treaty". So, if the WHO declared gun violence an epidemic they could take away guns? Ouch very well thought out.
