It has come to my attention that US delegates to the WHO will shortly be voting on amendments to the International Health Regulations. These amendments hand over all United States sovereignty to an international dictator that can decide when the world is in a crisis, decide what regulations to inflict on the world, and take away all rights of nations to opt out if they disagree. I plead with you - DO NOT VOTE IN FAVOR OF THESE AMENDMENTS. The United States must keep it's freedom, it's sovereignty to make it's own decisions and to keep it's people FREE. Please do everything within your power to stop this.
I read with dismay today the American delegation's proposals to the upcoming convention beginning on May 22.
As significant as this proposal is to the historical independence of this great nation, and of every citizen herein, this is certainly not enough time to adequately discuss the breadth of ramifications that would ensue from an abrogation of our authority of/to this magnitude. Our nation has been the beacon of democracy in this world. The United Nations, itself, exists primarily because of an American insistence to build a foundation for all of the nations of the world to participate in a democratic process on a global scale to the benefit of all humanity. A noble cause, but only advanced to now by our significant monetary contributions and continued participation throughout its existence. For this reason alone we should never consider ceding our independent authority over to any other entity on this topic, or any other issue pertaining to our independent national sovereignty, and should instead cease and desist from promoting these measures, immediately!
Additionally: The World Health Organization leadership has been a revolving door for a cadre of grant and special interest-funded doctors and scientists that alternate ranking board positions among closely-aligned foundation supported health and lab organizations, pharmaceutical companies (Pfizer, Moderna, BioNTec, et al.), governmental health agencies(CDC, NIH, NIAID, etc.), and universities around the world(U.S.,Europe, Ukraine, China, Taiwan, and many more). The catastrophic results of such a carousel of self-dealing leadership led to a totally inadequate early response to the Covid-19 ordeal. The WHO leadership was completely ill-equipped to deal with the suppression of critical contagion data pertaining to the virus on the stricken Wuhan patients at the onset, then eventually on the initial sequencing involved with the virus, and then further with sequencing data from the pathogen studies from the Wuhan lab nearby that could have been an actual source of the virus but are unavailable to us because the Chinese government won't provide access to it, or worse still, has been destroyed. And no one is willing to accept responsibility for the debacle. Perhaps because there are so many hands in the pie that by design there is enough plausible deniability, that none feel compelled to unburden themselves of their singular involvement/participation. Or maybe because we see here today the further direction the WHO and these same self-acclaimed leaders/scientists/specialists intend to push us.
The past two+ years has led us through a series of incremental revelations on the nature of this contagion, many of which were already known or convincingly inferred early on, but were ghosted and retained from disclosure. The pandemic wasn't contained by shutting down for two weeks, then months, and then a year. The forced masking was a continual bone of contention. When the vaccines came out we were coerced to take the vaccines to keep our jobs and our children in school. We were told to just take the vaccine (often two doses within a month) and all will be fine. Then a booster was required 3-6 later, then another booster 3-6 months later. There is now discussion of continuous booster programs. All of this brought to us from the same individuals associated with the history of studying and manipulating these pathogens, developing drugs to fight and/or eradicate them, and then profiting from sales of the products or patent ownership.
Add to all this the total destruction of the economy, international trade and small businesses. The virus is not eradicated, our work is not done. Why should we turn over our sovereignty to an organization that has failed us so egregiously up to this point in time! It makes no sense!

On behalf of the 307,405 members of the Organic Consumers Association, we submit these comments in opposition to the U.S. amendments to the International Health Regulations.
These amendments would give control over the declaration of a public health emergency in any member state to the WHO Director-General – even over the objection of the member state.
Imagine what that might look like for the H5N1 outbreak currently impacting poultry farms and backyard flocks in the U.S. So far, the U.S. Department of Agriculture has ordered the culling of 37.72 million birds in 176 commercial farms and 130 backyard flocks.
On April 28, the Centers for Disease Control found the first human case in the U.S., in a prisoner culling poultry with presumptive H5N1 bird flu. The CDC admits “it is possible the detection of H5 bird flu in this specimen is a result of surface contamination of the nasal membrane” and says, “This case does not change the human risk assessment for the general public, which CDC considers to be low.”
When the World Health Organization logged the case, they didn’t mention “surface contamination of the nasal membrane.” What if they disagreed with the CDC’s risk assessment? Under the International Health Regulation amendments the U.S. has proposed, the WHO would have the power to overrule the U.S. assessment and declare a public health emergency, and it could do so based on early warning criteria using the same type of modeling, simulation and predictions that exaggerated the risk from COVID-19.
Under the amendments they’ve proposed, the U.S. would have just 48-hours to respond to a WHO risk assessment and accept or reject on-site assistance, forcing it to comply or face condemnation from the WHO and, potentially, sanctions from unfriendly nations.
Even worse than that, under the amendments, the WHO could declare their public health emergency based on secret information from anonymous sources. In the H5N1 example, you can imagine Sanofi, currently awaiting FDA approval for over-the-counter Tamiflu, whispering in Director General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus's ear. And, Ghebreyesus wouldn’t even have to consult with the WHO Emergency Committee or the U.S. on his decision. He could declare a potential or actual public health emergency of international concern unilaterally!
Corruption at the WHO was already the “biggest threat to the world’s public health of our time” according to a 2015 investigation. We don't need U.S. amendments to the International Health Regulations making it any easier for the pharmaceutical companies to wield their influence.
"Put simply, the proposed IHR amendments are directed towards establishing a globalist architecture of worldwide health surveillance, reporting, and management,” says the World Council for Health. “Consistent with a top-down view of governance, the public will not have opportunities to provide input or criticism concerning the amendments. This, of course, is a direct violation of the basic tenets of democracy.”

It appears that these proposed amendments would VOLUNTARILY cede United States sovereignty and the sovereignty of the other 193 member nations over to the WHO.
Please realize that your support of the amendments could put you at risk for being accused of participating in a plot to surrender the sovereignty of the United States.
Ms. Pace, by definition, your decision to submit documents that give away national sovereignty has an impact on my personal sovereignty, freedoms and rights as well as those of everyone else on earth.
I believe that you, like many other people, are under the influence of many powerful illusions. Perhaps you have not read, nor have you actually comprehended the ramifications of the proposed amendments.

I have recently been made aware of the proposed amendment changes to the International Health Regulations. Have you read them? These amendments will remove the sovereignty of each and every nation on Earth. Every human being walking the earth can have their freedoms stripped away if the Director General of the WHO feels it's for the greater good or for 'health'. EVERY HUMAN BEING. That is your family, your friends and their families, etc. Have you read them?
Answer this question, "how many of your family and friends got COVID despite the vaccines, masks and lockdowns?". Now, whether the number is 5, 100 or more, people still got sick despite the drastic measures taken. The WHO shared their views, in agreement with the procedures being taken. On January 18th 2022, the United States Department of Health and Human Services proposed amendments to the IHR. These amendments give control over the declaration of a public health emergency in any member state to the WHO Director-General – even over the objection of the member state.
The proposed IHR amendments also cede control to WHO “regional directors,” who are given the authority to declare a Public Health Emergency of Regional Concern (PHERC). Moreover, the proposed amendments allow the Director-General to ring an international alarm bell, by unilaterally issuing an “Intermediate Public Health Alert (IPHA).”
Put simply, the proposed IHR amendments are directed towards establishing a globalist architecture of worldwide health surveillance, reporting, and management. Consistent with a top-down view of governance, the public will not have opportunities to provide input or criticism concerning the amendments. This, of course, is a direct violation of the basic tenets of democracy and can be compared to the separate new pandemic treaty.
*Increased surveillance: Under Article 5, the WHO will develop early warning criteria that will allow it to establish a risk assessment for a member state, which means that it can use the type of modeling, simulation, and predictions that exaggerated the risk from Covid-19 over two years ago. Once the WHO creates its assessment, it will communicate it to inter-governmental organizations and other member states.
*48-hour deadline: Under Articles 6, 10, 11, and 13, a member state is given 48 hours to respond to a WHO risk assessment and accept or reject on-site assistance. However, in practice, this timeline can be reduced to hours, forcing it to comply or face international disapproval lead by the WHO and potentially unfriendly member states.
*Secret sources: Under Article 9, the WHO can rely on undisclosed sources for information leading it to declare a public health emergency. Those sources could include Big Pharma, WHO funders such as the Gates Foundation and the Gates-founded-and-funded GAVI Alliance, as well as others seeking to monopolize power.
*Weakened Sovereignty: Under Article 12, when the WHO receives undisclosed information concerning a purported public health threat in a member state, the Director-General may (not must) consult with the WHO Emergency Committee and the member state. However, s/he can unilaterally declare a potential or actual public health emergency of international concern. The Director General’s authority replaces national sovereign authority. This can later be used to enforce sanctions on nations.
*Rejecting the amendments: Under Article 59, after the amendments are adopted by the World Health Assembly, a member state has six months to reject them. This means November, this year. If the member state fails to act, it will be deemed to have accepted the amendments in full. Any rejection or reservation received by the Director-General after the expiry of that period shall have no force and effect.
Due to the influence of private money at the WHO, a review in the Journal of Integrative Medicine & Therapy stated that the corruption of the WHO is the “biggest threat to the world’s public health of our time.” This is particularly true in relation to WHO drug recommendations, including its “list of essential medicines,” which a growing number of people believe is biased and unreliable.
Moreover, even though WHO’s documents highlight voice, agency, and social participation as drivers of equity and democracy, it is unknown World Health Assembly delegates who get to make decisions for us.

Why was this planned in January, not made public until April, and this meeting is scheduled for next week!? You know this is wrong and wanted to keep it under wraps so that no one complained. Too late.

What about this? The WHO was “working closely” with Big Tech firms to censor the web, it boasted. Ironically, the WHO has urged health professionals to lie to parents in order to peddle vaccines.
However, there are several constitutional issues at hand as far as the United States is concerned. For one, the states that created the U.S. government never delegated these sorts of powers over “health” to the government they established. If the U.S. government lacks a specific authority or power, it certainly cannot hand a power it does not rightfully possess over to another body — at least not without a constitutional amendment.
In fact, the U.S. Supreme Court confirmed as recently as 1957 in the case Reid v. Covert that the U.S. government could not grant new powers to itself — or delegate those powers to other bodies — merely by adopting international agreements. Thomas Jefferson, a key architect of America’s constitutional system, understood that as well. “I say the same as to the opinion of those who consider the grant of the treaty-making power as boundless,” he explained in 1803. “If it is, then we have no Constitution.”

Perhaps because there are so many hands in the pie that by design there is enough plausible deniability, that none feel compelled to unburden themselves of their singular involvement/participation. Or maybe because we see here today the further direction the WHO and these same self-acclaimed leaders/scientists/specialists intend to push us.
The past two+ years has led us through a series of incremental revelations on the nature of this contagion, many of which were already known or convincingly inferred early on, but were ghosted and retained from disclosure. The pandemic wasn't contained by shutting down for two weeks, then months, and then a year. The forced masking was a continual bone of contention. When the vaccines came out we were coerced to take the vaccines to keep our jobs and our children in school. We were told to just take the vaccine (often two doses within a month) and all will be fine. Then a booster was required 3-6 later, then another booster 3-6 months later. There is now discussion of continuous booster programs. All of this brought to us from the same individuals associated with the history of studying and manipulating these pathogens, developing drugs to fight and/or eradicate them, and then profiting from sales of the products or patent ownership.
Add to all this the total destruction of the economy, international trade and small businesses. The virus is not eradicated, our work is not done. Why should we turn over our sovereignty to an organization that has failed us so egregiously up to this point in time! It makes no sense!

On behalf of the 307,405 members of the Organic Consumers Association, we submit these comments in opposition to the U.S. amendments to the International Health Regulations.
These amendments would give control over the declaration of a public health emergency in any member state to the WHO Director-General – even over the objection of the member state.
Imagine what that might look like for the H5N1 outbreak currently impacting poultry farms and backyard flocks in the U.S. So far, the U.S. Department of Agriculture has ordered the culling of 37.72 million birds in 176 commercial farms and 130 backyard flocks.
On April 28, the Centers for Disease Control found the first human case in the U.S., in a prisoner culling poultry with presumptive H5N1 bird flu. The CDC admits “it is possible the detection of H5 bird flu in this specimen is a result of surface contamination of the nasal membrane” and says, “This case does not change the human risk assessment for the general public, which CDC considers to be low.”
When the World Health Organization logged the case, they didn’t mention “surface contamination of the nasal membrane.” What if they disagreed with the CDC’s risk assessment? Under the International Health Regulation amendments the U.S. has proposed, the WHO would have the power to overrule the U.S. assessment and declare a public health emergency, and it could do so based on early warning criteria using the same type of modeling, simulation and predictions that exaggerated the risk from COVID-19.
Under the amendments they’ve proposed, the U.S. would have just 48-hours to respond to a WHO risk assessment and accept or reject on-site assistance, forcing it to comply or face condemnation from the WHO and, potentially, sanctions from unfriendly nations.
Even worse than that, under the amendments, the WHO could declare their public health emergency based on secret information from anonymous sources. In the H5N1 example, you can imagine Sanofi, currently awaiting FDA approval for over-the-counter Tamiflu, whispering in Director General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus's ear. And, Ghebreyesus wouldn’t even have to consult with the WHO Emergency Committee or the U.S. on his decision. He could declare a potential or actual public health emergency of international concern unilaterally!
Corruption at the WHO was already the “biggest threat to the world’s public health of our time” according to a 2015 investigation. We don't need U.S. amendments to the International Health Regulations making it any easier for the pharmaceutical companies to wield their influence.
"Put simply, the proposed IHR amendments are directed towards establishing a globalist architecture of worldwide health surveillance, reporting, and management,” says the World Council for Health. “Consistent with a top-down view of governance, the public will not have opportunities to provide input or criticism concerning the amendments. This, of course, is a direct violation of the basic tenets of democracy.”

These amendments will remove the sovereignty of each and every nation on Earth. Answer this question, "how many of your family and friends got COVID despite the vaccines, masks and lockdowns?". Now, whether the number is 5, 100 or more, people still got sick despite the drastic measures taken. The WHO shared their views, in agreement with the procedures being taken. In addition to agreeing with the measures being taken, early on in the pandemic the World Health Organization was stating SARS-CoV-2 was not airborne only to change their tune in December 2021 adding the word 'airborne'. Not recognizing a respiratory illness as 'airborne' was egregious and cost many people their lives.
We do not need the WHO deciding what is best for the USA or any other country. In the USA, the Constitution was written to protect our rights and it DOES NOT include full compliance with the Director General of the WHO.

On January 18th 2022, the United States Department of Health and Human Services proposed amendments to the IHR. These amendments give control over the declaration of a public health emergency in any member state to the WHO Director-General – even over the objection of the member state.
The proposed IHR amendments also cede control to WHO “regional directors,” who are given the authority to declare a Public Health Emergency of Regional Concern (PHERC). Moreover, the proposed amendments allow the Director-General to ring an international alarm bell, by unilaterally issuing an “Intermediate Public Health Alert (IPHA).”
Put simply, the proposed IHR amendments are directed towards establishing a globalist architecture of worldwide health surveillance, reporting, and management. Consistent with a top-down view of governance, the public will not have opportunities to provide input or criticism concerning the amendments. This, of course, is a direct violation of the basic tenets of democracy and can be compared to the separate new pandemic treaty.
*Increased surveillance: Under Article 5, the WHO will develop early warning criteria that will allow it to establish a risk assessment for a member state, which means that it can use the type of modeling, simulation, and predictions that exaggerated the risk from Covid-19 over two years ago. Once the WHO creates its assessment, it will communicate it to inter-governmental organizations and other member states.
*48-hour deadline: Under Articles 6, 10, 11, and 13, a member state is given 48 hours to respond to a WHO risk assessment and accept or reject on-site assistance. However, in practice, this timeline can be reduced to hours, forcing it to comply or face international disapproval lead by the WHO and potentially unfriendly member states.
*Secret sources: Under Article 9, the WHO can rely on undisclosed sources for information leading it to declare a public health emergency. Those sources could include Big Pharma, WHO funders such as the Gates Foundation and the Gates-founded-and-funded GAVI Alliance, as well as others seeking to monopolize power.
*Weakened Sovereignty: Under Article 12, when the WHO receives undisclosed information concerning a purported public health threat in a member state, the Director-General may (not must) consult with the WHO Emergency Committee and the member state. However, s/he can unilaterally declare a potential or actual public health emergency of international concern. The Director General’s authority replaces national sovereign authority. This can later be used to enforce sanctions on nations.
*Rejecting the amendments: Under Article 59, after the amendments are adopted by the World Health Assembly, a member state has six months to reject them. This means November, this year. If the member state fails to act, it will be deemed to have accepted the amendments in full. Any rejection or reservation received by the Director-General after the expiry of that period shall have no force and effect.
Due to the influence of private money at the WHO, a review in the Journal of Integrative Medicine & Therapy stated that the corruption of the WHO is the “biggest threat to the world’s public health of our time.” This is particularly true in relation to WHO drug recommendations, including its “list of essential medicines,” which a growing number of people believe is biased and unreliable.
Moreover, even though WHO’s documents highlight voice, agency, and social participation as drivers of equity and democracy, it is unknown World Health Assembly delegates who get to make decisions for us.
Given consistent evidence that WHO is heavily conflicted and controlled by various industries, its usefulness as a guide to public health must be critically re-evaluated, while alternative paradigms and models for ethical health guidance and human rights are built.

What about this? The WHO was “working closely” with Big Tech firms to censor the web, it boasted. Ironically, the WHO has urged health professionals to lie to parents in order to peddle vaccines.
However, there are several constitutional issues at hand as far as the United States is concerned. For one, the states that created the U.S. government never delegated these sorts of powers over “health” to the government they established. If the U.S. government lacks a specific authority or power, it certainly cannot hand a power it does not rightfully possess over to another body — at least not without a constitutional amendment.
In fact, the U.S. Supreme Court confirmed as recently as 1957 in the case Reid v. Covert that the U.S. government could not grant new powers to itself — or delegate those powers to other bodies — merely by adopting international agreements. Thomas Jefferson, a key architect of America’s constitutional system, understood that as well. “I say the same as to the opinion of those who consider the grant of the treaty-making power as boundless,” he explained in 1803. “If it is, then we have no Constitution.”
