The newest version of of IHR Amendments most likely fits the legal definition of a Treaty. All Treaties must be put to a Vote in Parliament / Congress. Elsewhere in this thread I have requested a one-page simple summary written at 4th grade level, preferably in 12-point type, that I could share with friends, the local sheriff, representatives and the like to explain what is going on and request that they take action. Most people cannot or will not go through complex material like what is here, excellent as it is. Icing on the cake would be URL links to supporting data for each of the points made in the one-page summary; 6-point type would be fine, because we just need something to click on. I would do this myself, but I am not as conversant with all of this as I feel I need to be in order to do a good job. Is there someone else here who could do this?
Carol, the situation is not as you explain. There are not revisions that we want to get submitted. The only job that needs to be done is to spread the word so that people around the world are made aware of the WHO's impending failure to meet their deadline. We all collectively need to hold the WHO to account and insist that any action taken after their legal deadline is considered NULL and VOID.

I do not pretend to know exactly what is going on in OZ or anywhere else, despite the exceptional efforts of those like James, to keep on top of the facts and inform others.
I do know, that the committee responsible for representing OZ at the WHO, admits no issues with the Treaty or IHR amendments.
NO ISSUES with the amendments, whatever they are, being adopted by OZ regardless, WITHOUT any public discussion, political scrutiny or parliamentary vote.
NO ISSUES with ANY actual or possible WHO violations of the rules.
I do know, that many MPs and Senators, are apparently completely ignorant of, or misinformed regarding, the critical facts surrounding the WHO agenda.

The newest version of of IHR Amendments most likely fits the legal definition of a Treaty. All Treaties must be put to a Vote in Parliament / Congress. A legal outline of what constitutes a Treaty needs to be sent to all MP's and Congressmen. They are pretending that this is not a Treaty. The UK Parliamentary Debate we have just seen on Dec.18, 2023 and which has been profiled on James' Substack, was suppose to address the Parliamentary Vote Requirement on the IHR Amendments. The necessity for a Vote was not discussed at length but was mentioned by MP Philip Davies in his speech -

They are ALL IGNORING THE RULES. And THEY KNOW IT. They will try to push this through because they know the Public is not being substantially represented. 1) When will we see the "next iteration of the Draft Regulations", around 9:00
2) Which Minister and Civil Servants are responsible for negotiating the "Treaty and the Regulations"
3) Has work been done to "quantify the cost to the taxpayers of implementing the requirements of the Treaty"
4) Will the Govt commit to publishing its "Red Lines" regarding what it is prepared to "cede" and "not cede" in the way of "our independence"
