I love the idea of a "Health Optimization Program"! This year alone I've done chiro, massage therapy, physio, sound bath, somatic meditation and herbalism (I am a herbalist so that's a regular thing), and probably some more! It always surprises me how many people think going to the doctor is the only option.

You missed medical screening tests where diseases can be caught early before they cause any problems.

I wish I could find information on the medical practices and natural medications used here in the Americas for centuries by the many native American Indian tribes. I believe they would benefit 21st century Americans a great deal, if we could find out about them!

It’s so nice that you, James, could be albe to call or be contacted online.

I was even wondering to take a call for you but I don’t know your prenumber, was it at San Fransisco, Los Angeles, San Diego… Anyway, I have two important issues going on right now.

One is my daughters huge problem with an asthma. I have been found a few intresting natural remedies which brought her a new reaction pushing that mucus strongly out of her lungs and airways. By coughing, but this time that tight yellow mucus is at once coming up and out quite an easy. I’m full of hope.

I call it the cleaning of the lungs.

Other issue is that in my natiowide, not in U.S, we have a group of individuals looking for many years about this medical madness together, and we are able to take an action.

You and me, we had a moment to talk - was it an year and some ago, when you were briefing us in a zoom-call.

ThankYou! But maybe there could be some help or information You would still want to give for us. The idea is to cryout the false methods, our government used to bring IHR passed to our society.

I will explain the details, if we can have a connection.

Please, write for my e-mail or/and give those front numbers (or is it just +1 for

Also getting more into this excellent book that boils down several effective modalities into something super efficient. Worth looking into. Cheers!

I enjoyed listening/watching. I agree with all the points spoken about. I live by the saying look to the positive. I say this because it's so easy to focus on the negative and much harder to focus on the positives.

Family Constellations is a fantastic (relatively) new approach for treating mental health issues and general life problems, and could to some degree replace psychotherapy.

"Why don’t people do regular maintenance and optimization on their body, mind and spirit?"

The cheapest one is meditation. Zazen is my favourite.

The list you provided is extensive and all of the described are expensive practices. Not everyone have the pockets to use it regularly.
