Also getting more into this excellent book that boils down several effective modalities into something super efficient. Worth looking into. Cheers!

I enjoyed listening/watching. I agree with all the points spoken about. I live by the saying look to the positive. I say this because it's so easy to focus on the negative and much harder to focus on the positives.

Family Constellations is a fantastic (relatively) new approach for treating mental health issues and general life problems, and could to some degree replace psychotherapy.

"Why don’t people do regular maintenance and optimization on their body, mind and spirit?"

The cheapest one is meditation. Zazen is my favourite.

The list you provided is extensive and all of the described are expensive practices. Not everyone have the pockets to use it regularly.

The most important part that this list is missing is neuroplasticity. If you have a chronic illness your are living in a state of survival (fight/flight). If you don't learn to get yourself out of that state and into the parasympathic you can use all these "treatments" or "therapies" and still not heal. Chronic Illness = Limbic System Impairment. Rewiring your brain is the key to healing. Then you don't need all these "treatments" or "therapies" You can do things for health maintenance but the brain can heal most everything (probably 99% of stuff someone is told they have). I healed from a 23 year debilitating illness, was given all the labels. Programs teach you how to heal yourself. I did Dynamic Neural Training System. DNRS. These are skills and tools you use for the rest of your life. There are even Neuro coaches to help you learn these life long skills so you don't get a chronic illness.

I will be in touch, James, as soon as I can (many urgent priorities here).

We absolutely share this mission, I take it seriously.

For now, just a few modalities I didn't see when I scanned your (excellent) list.

- fasting

- ketogenic and carnivore diet

- metabolic conditioning (intense exercise)

- HBOT hyperbaric oxygen therapy

- plant medicine/psychedlic/entheogenic/empathogenic therapies and ceremonies

- silence/darkness retreats

I'll be looking to expand this list in future, but wanted to contribute what I could think of off-the-cuff now :) Thanks for the great work and mission, I look forward to connecting when we can!

By the way, are you on LinkedIn? I would love to connect there, I've begun networking with some very worthwhile health-and-freedom people there.

There's definitely a place for all these in a free system, although I admittedly have never heard of many of the items you've suggested. It's so complete that I'll have to think awhile for anything else to add.

AWESOME! "Coincidentally," I felt called to more thoroughly research this as well. :) Your list had quite a few I didn't know about - thank you! Here's my list - 78 so far. I'm almost done with an Overview, Rationale, Techniques and Uses summary for each, plus an associated vocabulary list of 127 words to cover associated concepts such as "electromagnetic spectrum," "invasive procedure" and terms that are synonyms. This is currently located on my work site that is membership only but I'll be sure to get a free version out when it's complete.
