I wasn't even positive of the answers, but after reading all the questions, before watching the video, I figured the IHR has the easiest path to implementation, so I assumed all the most heinous stuff would be in that, rather than the Treaty. Go with your gut, kind of thing I guess, but it turned out to be quite precise. The question on the propaganda was an easy "Well, Flip A Coin"answer as both are equally effective and both equally used.
