Excellent quiz and video! While reading the proposed amendments, if I got confused or had trouble comprehending some of the conveyances, I would pause and remind myself that what I was reading has to do with an existing document...not necessarily a pandemic. The WHO and Health Regulations came about on the heels of WWII, and was concerned with the devastations of war. At that time the major concerns were sanitation, clean drinking water, and the diseases associated with each. Typhus, cholera, polio and hepatitis outbreaks created the need for a worldwide health agency to insure that all nations had access to clean water and proper sanitation practices. The proposed amendments are way beyond the humanitarian efforts of the original regulations and ideas. They are a blatant attempt to take control of sovereign nations through "Health Regulations." Some nations may need this kind of help, but the United States of America does not! We already have the best doctors, scientists and the ability to take care of our own. (Although one would be hard-pressed to find it in Palestine, Ohio) Still, the best thing we can do for ourselves is EXIT THE WHO!!!
