William, IMHO, legislation such as Louisiana Senate Bill 133 is inadequate and misdirected. I encourage you to consider how impotent it is against what is actually in the agreements being negotiated. Nothing in the proposed agreements are an attack on state sovereignty. The proposed "Treaty" is a criminal business deal that will not even remotely be impacted by Louisiana law. Article 31 of the International Health Regulations is also immune to such state legislation. Many people have misdiagnosed the disease and are applying the wrong prescription.
The WHO cannot be neutered at the state level because they are operating at an international level.
State action is needed, but not overly-simplistic legislation. We all need to get in under the hood and repeal and rewrite state law in order to protect and restore our fundamental rights and freedoms.
