Government categorization of sovereign people as a “case,” a “suspect” or a “contact” based on something as inaccurate as a PCR test is a clear violation of fundamental human rights that amounts to fraudulent, unscientific medical apartheid. Placing someone who is merely “suspected” of having a disease into quarantine could place the person at risk of acquiring a severe fatal infection.
It is astonishing that government officials in South Africa refuse to accept scientifically documented evidence. They seem to be unaware that PCR testing, masks, lockdowns, curfews, quarantines, travel restrictions and “vaccines” have all failed miserably to stop the spread of COVID-19. Despite their miserable failures, they want more and more tyrannical control.
When will people awaken to the fact that “flattening the curve” only prolongs the agony?
What is glaringly absent from these amendments is the acknowledgement of the benefits of early treatment with effective repurposed drugs in the absence of effective prophylaxis.
The amendments ignore the damages caused by the unnecessary, ineffective, dangerous and costly injections, whether they are for COVID-19, moneypox or any other.
In spite of their obvious failures in mishandling COVID-19, certain government officials in South Africa seem hell bent on giving themselves the power to reinstate those failed methods whenever and for whatever they want.
Clearly, this is NOT about health. This is about seizing totalitarian control over the lives of We, the People of the World.

The Minister of Health in South Africa (Dr. Joe Phaahla) has proposed amendments to the National Health Act Regulations under Government Notice No. 1434 of 15 December 2017 and the International Health Regulations Act 28 of 1974 that will effectively act as a long-term permanent replacement to South Africa’s state of disaster COVID-19 regulations and give the South African Minister of Health tyrannical powers.

SUMMARY
If allowed to be enacted, the amended regulations would include:
Government categorization of sovereign people as a “case,” a “suspect” or a “contact” based on something as inaccurate as a PCR test is a clear violation of fundamental human rights that amounts to fraudulent, unscientific medical apartheid. [Placing someone who is merely “suspected” of having a disease into quarantine could place the person at risk of acquiring a severe fatal infection.]
Mandatory medical examinations, isolation, and treatments for people with “notifiable medical conditions,” [poorly defined and subject to ministers’ abuse] with an option to self-isolate for those with Internet access. Those without internet access will be housed in government facilities.
Mandatory face masks for indoor gatherings and public transport [proven to be of harm]
1-meter physical distancing [proven to be of no benefit]
Employers to encourage work-from-home where necessary and restrict face-to-face meetings [Neither the government nor employers have this right to subvert employee rights - this is inherently economically discriminatory and allows for outright abuse]
Travelers entering and leaving South Africa must have a vaccine certificate, or a negative PCR test [proven to be inaccurate for diagnosis and screening with a false positive of 97%] no older than 72 hours
Hand sanitizers must be placed at all entrances of public places to promote hand hygiene [proven to be of no benefit]
Restrictions on funeral attendance — During COVID–19, funerals are limited to 100 people [This prevents closure after the death of loved ones. There should be no arbitrary number restrictions because they have never been proven to work, and the same would apply to all other gatherings.]
Restrictions on night vigils and after-funeral gatherings — Banned during COVID–19 [Psychologically traumatizing]
Restrictions on attendance at other gatherings — 50% of venue capacity, if attendees have vaccine certificates. Without proof of vaccination, attendance is limited to 1,000 indoors and 2,000 outdoors [arbitrary number]
The regulations also allow further restrictions to be implemented through other government departments.
The Department of Health may give advice relating to curfews, a national lockdown, sports, economic activity, public transportation, religious and cultural practices, and the sale of alcohol.
Once the regulations are approved, the Department of Health said they would be implemented without being tabled in parliament, since it is subordinate legislation already delegated to the minister.
The National Health Act (NHA), implemented in 2003, sets out laws that govern South Africa’s health system. But the 2022 draft regulations are not amendments to the NHA itself. Instead, they are proposed changes to regulations added to the NHA in 2017. The existing regulations relate to the surveillance and control of notifiable medical conditions.
The proposed changes are open for public comment until July [this deadline was extended to August 5, 2022]. But controversy has not been far behind, and the amendments may be challenged in court. Scientists have also weighed in.

The Surveillance and Control of Notifiable Conditions
To detain (in quarantine/isolation), people who are deemed to be positive cases, suspects or contacts and subject them to any medical examination and treatment that government wants to impose, which may include vaccination.
To force all people entering or exiting South Africa during a public health emergency of international concern to be vaccinated or to present a negative PCR test result.

Public Health Measures at all points of entry into their Country
To subject any person suspected of being sick with a communicable disease, (whilst departing from South Africa), to a forced medical examination and quarantine/isolation in a state-run quarantine, isolation facility against their will - with total control of how and when they will be released, or not.

Management of Human Remains
To prohibit the preparation and viewing of the body of a loved one and to prohibit night vigils and after-funeral gatherings.

Regulations Relating to Environmental Health
To declare any activity the SA Government claims to pose a danger to human health.
To prohibit “overcrowding” that the “SA Government” deems may cause an environmental nuisance or endanger human health, on any premises.
