Thanks to the efforts of Dustin and Xylie from InterestOfJustice.org, I received an invitation to a “listening session” that was conducted by the Office of Global Affairs from 7-9am Pacific on Wednesday, May 3, 2023. I was not allowed to speak, but I was able to record the meeting (see below).
The best part of the “listening session” was provided by Dustin BRYCE from InterestOfJustice.org at the very end of the meeting.

Only “stakeholders” from non-state actors, foundations, non-government organizations, think tanks and other “civil society” organizations were invited to speak. I received the following invitation to LISTEN ONLY:
Thank you again for your interest in the Stakeholder Listening Session in preparation for the 76th World Health Assembly on Wednesday, May 3, 2023, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.
This session is an opportunity for the US government to hear from stakeholders and subject matter experts to help inform and prepare for U.S. government engagement with the World Health Assembly.
Aside from a brief introduction, panelists will not share remarks, nor will there be an opportunity to ask questions or debate policy matters.
We have received your RSVP as a listen-only attendee.
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is charged with leading the U.S. delegation to the 76th World Health Assembly. The World Health Assembly is the decision-making body of WHO. It is attended by delegations from all WHO Member States and focuses on a health agenda prepared by the World Health Organization Executive Board.
A provisional agenda of the 76th World Health Assembly can be found at: https://apps.who.int/gb/ebwha/pdf_files/EB152/B152(20)-en.pdf
HERE IS THE IMPORTANT PART:
“We encourage you to send written remarks to oga.rsvp@hhs.gov by Wednesday, May 10, 2023.
Written comments should be emailed by Wednesday, May 10, 2023 with the SUBJECT LINE: “Written Comment Re: Stakeholder Listening Session for WHA76”
We look forward to your comments on the 76th World Health Assembly.
Written remarks can be on as many issues as you wish, and there is no page limit.
These comments will be shared with the U.S. delegation to the World Health Assembly.”
We look forward to your comments on the 76th World Health Assembly.
Susan Kim, Chief of Staff, Office of Global Affairs.
This event was SUPPOSEDLY “open to the public,” but only “stakeholders” were invited to speak. It was announced by being published in the Federal Register on April 11, 2023 and the deadline for “persons seeking to participate in the listening session” was just 9 days later (April 20, 2023).
TAKE ACTION BEFORE MAY 10, 2023:

The WHO is primarily funded by foundations that (1) primarily promote vaccines over all other medical treatments for infectious diseases and (2) are in bed with Pharma, where profit and not health is the motive. Therefore, given the extensive conflict of interest of the WHO, I do not want them in charge of any international health issues, let alone pandemics, and certainly do not want them to usurp the sovereignty of the United States, where States rightfully have power over health issues, since health is not mentioned in the Constitution.
(my email to oga.rsvp@hhs.gov ~ also BCC'd to your email James) - this format doesn't allow me to share what I wrote for some reason (too long?), but I sent it with the headings:
"WITHOUT PREJUDICE"
and
"NOTICE OF LIABILITY"
In anticipation and solidarity,
