Its getting to the point that one has to adjust what they wear to counter whats broadcast. The 1996 Telecommunications Act already provides these same protections for officials and the industry. The 2012 Spectrum Act tells officials they cannot deny permits for towers. It would seem that big pharma and big telecom use the same play book.
