I think that must be the answer. The same probably applies to the UK, one of the largest contributors of taxpayers money to the WHO. Why do we also not have a representative? Where is the accountability? There is none, so the only option is to leave the WHO pronto.
The holder of the chair position is irrelevant. There is a rule (in all countries of the world) of the continuity of the state - basically saying that whatever is being done today must be the continuation of what was done previously by any officials from any parties or groups. It’s a twin to monarchy, although in nicer words.
This also means that no chair holder will do anything against the former policies, what we call the status quo. There will be no changes. The system will continue as is. Only slogans will change, but these can be easily changed or forgotten right after the chair is assumed by the “new” person.
The whole history is proof of this principle.
Which is also why all state systems in the world see any attempts to change the current order of the state as rogue, illegal, and immediately punishable. Even if you had good intentions, it will be regarded as treason.

You are making a few interesting points. My views are not “professional” in any way, but only my subjective views at this particular time. Kind of, conclusions which I can draw based on what I have read or watched - which is a limited pool of resources, obviously. Plus, none of those living now has any idea what really made WW1 or earlier revolutions possible or how they evolved. It’s all guesses.
I see the state as a tool. Common sense dictates that a strong country (= the state + citizens) is in the best interest of the rulers, for a number of reasons. Within a strong country, you may feel safe. This is (to me) a highly positive aspect of the state.
This will last only as long as some decision makers don’t come up with an idea of reshaping their influences. They can do it by disintegrating other countries (the Soviet Union and Yugoslavia being the best examples) or by combining several countries into one new country (e.g. East and West Germany). The transition phase will be difficult for the inhabitants because these developments are always based on draining funds from the transition and preparing the ground to build a new colony. Once the situation stabilizes, the safety umbrella will certainly open - because of the long-term investment which have to be protected (obviously, right?).
These are only generalized theories. Their implementation… ahhhh…

I think that must be the answer. The same probably applies to the UK, one of the largest contributors of taxpayers money to the WHO. Why do we also not have a representative? Where is the accountability? There is none, so the only option is to leave the WHO pronto.

The holder of the chair position is irrelevant. There is a rule (in all countries of the world) of the continuity of the state - basically saying that whatever is being done today must be the continuation of what was done previously by any officials from any parties or groups. It’s a twin to monarchy, although in nicer words.
This also means that no chair holder will do anything against the former policies, what we call the status quo. There will be no changes. The system will continue as is. Only slogans will change, but these can be easily changed or forgotten right after the chair is assumed by the “new” person.
The whole history is proof of this principle.
Which is also why all state systems in the world see any attempts to change the current order of the state as rogue, illegal, and immediately punishable. Even if you had good intentions, it will be regarded as treason.
This is how the state becomes strong and, consequently, all citizens may feel safer under the strong umbrella. Without this principle, there will be no order and anyone could set up their own state, banks, currencies and policies. What a mess.

No flaw there.
The country (with geographical borders) is composed of the state (the government with all its agencies) and citizens (or rather inhabitants of the geographical area of the country).
This continuity is best seen in the protection (by all means legal and other) of the currency of the country and the establishment and continuation of its physical force organs (the military, the police, the fiscal system, and other similar agencies).
The continuity of the state refers to the system as such, not particular individuals who come and go.
No leader is in any way limited and bound to continue the values of the system. Some tried to change the state radically, but such individuals won’t survive long - unless they replace the system as a whole with their own complete establishment AND make themselves independent of international relations.
Because all states of the world play in the same team, and they will all make sure that the status quo remains largely unchanged. To ensure this, international trade is used, or rather the debt mechanism resulting from international transactions. All countries owe loads of money to all countries.
This has been the reality for a very long time, despite immense richness of some countries which could easily pay all debts and become sovereign. But they don’t do this. And no politician will be brave enough to declare one-day reconciliation of all accounts of his/her state to reduce the country’s debt. This is why the U.S., a country with unimaginable debt, is not being bought up by other countries.
As for the history... new powers were created by “old” elites (representing specific states). WW1 Germany - perceived as the most evil country - was theoretically disabled in 1918. For one year, to make journalists happy. The empire was quickly restored, and all by the help of mostly England and U.S. America supplied chemical components, fuel, truck engines and cash to Germany throughout WW2, using an US-based bank run by a very famous person... the systems coexisted and continued, although wars were fought on the surface. The same fate was with the Russian “revolution” replacing the monarchy, being a construct and child of Western powers. The same principle was followed with the orchestration of Pearl Harbor. Our own historians write about it - the system continues no matter what. Ironically (or not), this makes the country strong and gives us, its population, the “certainty” of safety.
Oh, and on some level there is an attempt to change the game or the teams (BRICS).
All countries of the world (except Iran and North Korea) have central banks. All central banks are cooperating and trading with each other regardless of where they are located and what socio-economic or political systems they support. I trust that if they want to make some changes, their only objective is to increase their revenues…
All countries of the world favor taxation and customs regulations. It’s all one gigantic organism :-)
Interestingly I watched a podcast (I guess) titled 'All wars are bankers wars' (https://whatreallyhappened.com/WRHARTICLES/allwarsarebankerwars.php )that made the same argument historically, but with a decidedly negative slant on that reality, and implied that assassinations (Lincoln and Kennedy) occurred because the particular POTUS wasn't playing by the rules. Initially the US immediately post the Revolutionary War attempted to be independent of the private national banking cartel. And Andrew Jackson (IIRC did so establish).
What you paint as a source of stability, was painted as a source of financial instability and wars, enriching the bankers and impoverishing the vast majority of people.
I am no banker, certainly no international banker, but I had previously thought that was a crackpot view of history, but I am not so sure anymore (To be sure, I don't think that there are not other issues that lead to wars, but the idea that bankers stir up and take sides in wars clearly makes sense. Civil War, Lincoln, and the Greenbacks was portrayed as a stymie to the British and French banking system (Rothchilds).

Well, I don't doubt that the DS is deeper than we think, but I am not buying for a second that it is in our best interest, certainly not in the best interest of the average world citizen, not just the American citizens, but, e.g., the third world citizens, e.g., Ghanians with whom I am fairly familiar, having been going there for the last 10 years.
This country has lost at least its Southern border in the last 3 years ( and for 8 years, 4 years before that). The military has been subverted by Barry the Kenyan (he really was born their, I know people who were shown the hut where he was born by his paternal grandmother), the big city police departments are corrupt and not playing on the same team as the citizens of the country, but are on George Soros & BHO's team it seems to me, this little ol' country doc. Seems like the sheriffs are not playing along with the globalists.
The financial system is teetering, it seems to me on the brink with the level of debt that the DIMs have saddled us with.
And Joe Biden, he of whom Robert Gates (BHO's Sec Def) said that he had been wrong on every single major foreign policy issue for the duration of his political career, is at the wheel and has inflamed Ukraine, Middle East, the Far East, undermined W. You are making a few interesting points. My views are not “professional” in any way, but only my subjective views at this particular time. Kind of, conclusions which I can draw based on what I have read or watched - which is a limited pool of resources, obviously. Plus, none of those living now has any idea what really made WW1 or earlier revolutions possible or how they evolved. It’s all guesses.
I see the state as a tool. Common sense dictates that a strong country (= the state + citizens) is in the best interest of the rulers, for a number of reasons. Within a strong country, you may feel safe. This is (to me) a highly positive aspect of the state.
This will last only as long as some decision makers don’t come up with an idea of reshaping their influences. They can do it by disintegrating other countries (the Soviet Union and Yugoslavia being the best examples) or by combining several countries into one new country (e.g. East and West Germany). The transition phase will be difficult for the inhabitants because these developments are always based on draining funds from the transition and preparing the ground to build a new colony. Once the situation stabilizes, the safety umbrella will certainly open - because of the long-term investment which have to be protected (obviously, right?).
These are only generalized theories. Their implementation… ahhhh…

It’s not uncommon at all for fascism. Dang!! Loads of us with useful perception has seen (before our very eyes!) heard and very deeply felt the pain of watching human bodies dumped in piles like cattle. It’s akin to the I may not be Jewish, yet the truth of all they experienced during the extermination of so many, affected me deeply to feel no prejudices towards anyone. That’s the only good thing that came out of that. Imagine how traumatizing, from a child’s perspective who endured having to see it on film- right here in the good ole US of A! If anyone still doubts that monsters with higher levels of power are at the helm, this is a really important question to ask yourself: What can I do to help? Although appearing insurmountable, I strongly believe that every person counts when discussing manpower (and womanpower) over their heartless aims. It’s force by numbers. Just as armies are childishly declared to be the most powerful depending on size, We, the people who actually care about freedom, justice and the overall well being of ourselves and others- are innumerably larger. Suit up boys and girls! Preparedness is certainly the only way for survival while this mess gets straightened out. And I’m not just talking about the US.
We need to pull out of the WHO. Their agenda is a global community and population reduction. We won’t survive their “ beneficent” ideas.
