Treaties are not Laws, period. They are commercial contract agreements detailing financial obligations of signatory parties to the agreement. Treaties have been repeatedly violated for centuries... The World Health Organization has no Lawful enforcement mechanism whatsoever. Quit wringing your hands over contractual agreements which ARE NOT SIGNED by the civilian public.
If "governments" wish to enforce the charade, they should be dismantled via civil revolt and revolution.

When it comes to trade treaties, or treaties that bind Belgians or impose objections on the state, they can only take effect in Belgium after the approval of parliament.'
