I've been taking most of the supplements for a really long time. I don't use NSAIDs. If I got covid I'd use them, though. I have an excellent functional medicine doctor and have for about 15 years. I searched for someone who understood supplements, so it wasn't just luck. Unfortunately in this state if any doctor prescribes ivm or hcq the pharmacy, by law, has to report them to the state medical board which will take away their license. Pretty awful!

My Gran and her sisters stayed far away from hospitals and doctors because they said the hospital killed their mother (my great-gran) who was type 2 diabetic. I believe them having witnessed the neglect of a friend with diabetes in the hospital as I tried to run interference (dreadful). But my GG was 94 when she died. My Gran and her two sisters lived into their 90's and 100's. Took no medications for most of their lives and knew how to self-treat. The oldest had a stroke in her 100's. She was put in nursing/rehab care but did her rehab and was able to come home. I think they knew things I'm just figuring out.

Funny, my obediently-up-to-date-injected sister, having just experienced the onset of Paxlovid rebound, from her LATEST bout of the flu, started asking me about supplement intake hoping she can feel well enough in time for a planned vacation.

Hey, any way a person can start waking up is a good way.

A MUST LISTEN TO CONVERSATION OF SOLID MUTUALITY especially from 50 minutes.

https://tntradio.live/shows/perspective-with-jesse-zurawell/

I completely empathise with Debi Evan's (UKColumn) response to Jesse Zurawell's honest and poignant explanation of dealing with being injected explaining the effects on him and his life.

Debi said "It is incredibly brave and I have so much admiration for anyone that has had the injections and comes out and says it is the wrong decision and these are my worries… [Being human in a dehumanizing forcefield] the stress, the anxiety, but we’re normalizing it now…unless we hear from people like you we don’t know what’s happening. I have huge admiration because you are looking at things and researching…BIG LOVE TO YOU because we need to hear from people like you.

THE SOLIDARITY IS MUTUAL. We can work together towards the same end to have the injections removed from existence. STOPPED. I DON’T SEE ANY NEED FOR THEM TO EXIST. They need to be stopped immediately. They should never have been rolled out! They should never have been released for human or animal use. They should not exist. They are bioweapons. They should be stopped."

The ASK YOUR DOCTOR spoof - who would have thought it would take 12 years (that’s how long It’s been on YouTube) for most of us to wake up to that fact. Knowing I’ve been ignorant to to all the lies for all my life haunts me every single day. But I’m grateful that I’m finally AWAKE!!!!

It's amazing that it is still on YouTube.

None of the “therapeutics” has been proven to be effective for Covid. This is blatantly irresponsible.

Katie's avatar

Barb, there is a logic problem here. We often hear that a thing hasn't been "proven" to be effective. As you must know, something is either effective in the real world or it isn't. Research can support or not support the effectiveness. And "proof" is only for mathematics, not science. You support a theory of how a thing works, no theory is ever proven, and hypotheses are disproven or not.

There is a difference, too, between evidence and data. Real world evidence is what clinicians look at. Why? Because each individual is unique. Research studies a group and comes up with data and statistics. That still doesn't tell us what we should do with the individual in front of us, if we are a clinician. To do otherwise is unethical. To use a cookbook approach is inherently unethical. Take a bell-shaped curve. A large number of people may respond well to a treatment. But those at the extremes may not respond at all or may have adverse reactions. If you are a clinician, the person in front of you is the one to be concerned with and some percentage of your patients will always be outliers. Finding those outliers and providing the best recommendations for treatment is what clinicians should do.

One point here is that if there is little risk to a treatment, a person should have the freedom (perhaps consulting with her doctor) to take such a treatment. The science has been abhorrently sloppy with the vaccines. And yes, there is research that supports some of these interventions, especially Vitamin D, which are generally benign or very low risk.

Barb's avatar

You are not understanding how clinical trials work. It is totally appropriate to indicate that something hasn’t been proven to be effective….for a variety of reasons. Proof is necessary for a scientific., medical result. Real world evidence comes from scientific evidence. And we do not throw medications to patients without some proven efficacy. This is called evidence based medicine. Of course the pt is of concern for the practicing physician, but it would be irresponsible to use something that has no evidence of efficacy, instead of what has been proven effective. There is no medication without risk. The worst risk is to use a medication with no proven efficacy, when there is a proven efficacy with another.

There is nothing sloppy about the vaccine info. The issue is that we have to make decision in real time, with the evidence we do have, because of the danger of this virus. I don’t call that sloppy.

Vitamin D has finally been proven to not benefit Covid patients. Of course, take the amount of vit d that will get your levels at the appropriate place…but vit d does not, prevent Covid, nor does it cure.

Barb,

You keep using the word "proof."

JHC! A substitute teacher who can't read.

Good morning children, your teacher came down with the flu so I'll just pop-in this video. Enjoy.

Opening credits for Contagion . . .

Barb's avatar

Excuse me? Who can’t read?

I’ve 2 Masters Degrees and 40 years working with vaccines, mAB’s, immunotherapy, targeted therapies, NGS, etc. Also taught as an adjunct instructor in community college. My statement said when I retired from all the above, I subbed in high schools….who can’t read?

Barney Rubble's avatar

Well then gee, maybe, if you clicked on any of the study summaries you could read all about all of the unproven "therapeutics" to discover how wrong you are.

mark h's avatar

wakey wake. literally thousands of peer reviewed studies. chlorine dioxide eradicated an entire country's flu- oops sry- COVID- in days. its called science. medical malfeasance is not.

go attempt some actual research. prof montagnier pointed out the french govt dumping their remdesivir supply on india caused delta. he had 2 nobel prizes to your... how many?

Hi Barb! Great to have you here! I do hope you'll stick around and accidentally pick up on the truth. Substance authors and commenters are some of the best people I've ever run into on the Internet. (Although I'd also have to include the folks in #walkawaycampaign.)

I won’t ever agree with science that has proven many of these products to be ineffective in treating Covid. I don’t know what your medical background, but you have so much disinformation in here…I can’t believe you have medical experience.

James Roguski's avatar

You wrote: "I won’t ever agree with science that has proven many of these products to be ineffective in treating Covid."

I don't think you typed what you think you typed.

Most of us here have personal experience to back up our claims here. My husband & I have faithfully followed a prophylactic protocol for 2 years; we are termed elderly, have not had covid. We aren’t hermits either. We are out & about, traveled (plane), attended crowded events, etc.

My medical docs failed me on this one so I had to look elsewhere.

If we had followed Fauxci’s protocol we’d be dead as some of our friends are.

Renee Marie's avatar

Welcome to the party Susan and hubby!🥳🎈

Barb's avatar

But that is anecdotal. I could say that I’m older, and have risk factors. I have not gotten Covid, and I’ve certainly not put all that “stuff” in my body…..fauci protocol?

Show me the clinical data for our regimen…medicine goes by clinical trials and evidence based medicine. I know you won’t be able to provide a good study. And don’t get mad, I spent 40 years reading medical studies, and I still go to the experts to see if I have it right.

Renee Marie's avatar

Having “medical background” is EXACTLY what killed thousands of people all over the world! Many of us are wide awake now, if we weren’t already. And I just beat cancer! Praise God, the Great Healer!

Barb's avatar

I beat cancer too, but I did a surgeon to cut it out. If you won't medical advise, how can you use a surgeon?

Renee Marie's avatar

I had a surgeon also-a specialist. All I can say is, thank God for medical insurance! Even though my life was saved and I avoided chemo and radiation, there’s still a “big scam” with major hospitals, teaching hospitals, etc. And God saved me!

Barb's avatar

The question is…you trusted,a surgeon — an MD….why are you not trusting doctors on management of Covid?
