I do agree with your premise, as a retired scientist and virologist: however the reason I won't sign such a petition as righteous as it is written and I do agree with you and the thousands of scientists and regular citizens of the world and I am a dual citizen American and EU .. as a military kid I got that restored, signing the petition would IMPLY that an International Consortium of Bureaucrats, e.g.; WHO, Brussels, the home base of NATO OTAN which I have opposed for decades and the rest of the international wanna be shakers and movers of the world: read that New World Order THINK THAT NEW WORLD ORDER, INTERNATIONAL TREATIES, UNITED NATIONS, NATO "treaties" or petition SUPERSEDE THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION which is the LAW OF THE UNITED STATES.. regardless of how it appears at this moment.
