These proposed amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR) seek to remove respect for your dignity, human rights and fundamental freedoms. NOW is the time to take action to stop this.

As to the proposed alteration of the phrase "non-binding advice" wherever it occurs in the existing regs, by the deletion of the word "non-binding", such a change is actually no more than the cleaning up of a grammatical redundancy. I will explain. The concept of advice is that an advisor communicates something, information, to the advisee; implicit in the concept is the acknowledgment that it is the advisee who is making the decision, ie, it is the advisee who holds the power; the advisors role is, ideally, to help the advisee improve the quality of their decision. In other words, "binding" advice is not advice, its an order, and orders only exist within the concept of "authority", and as far as the people of the United States of America are concerned the WHO has no authority whatsoever. For Americans, their authorities are their local and state govts, and the Federal govt.
Having pointed the above out, I agree completely with your underlying concern. An elitist, globalist cabal of totalitarians, and their stooges, have converged upon and now "own" the WHO, and it is clearly their intention to use that pretense (the WHO) to exterminate all free societies, most particularly the USA. The proposed change in phrasing itself demonstrates this emergent phenomena; the existing language, with its redundancy, was deliberate; it was meant to hammer home relentlessly that the concept of the WHO was for it to be a venue for nations to come together voluntarily, and to work together voluntarily pursuing mutual self interest in health matters. Now, after many years, that the totalitarians finally control the institution, such language is complete anathema to them and they are abolishing it. While the change in phrasing, in and of itself does not achieve their purpose (as I've pointed out, above), it is a spectacular "tell." I'm guessing (can you confirm?) that these proposed changes are not accompanied by any sort of textual narrative detailing the rationale for each and every change. If what was going on here was a democratic process, such a narrative would be a "slam dunk" part of it. That the totalitarians have completely omitted it suggests to me that among their many delusions, the totalitarians at this moment in time feel strong and in command; ie there is no need to concoct a rationale of lies for each text change to successfully achieve their agenda in this matter.
To date, I have been following (only casually) but not focusing upon this issue. My main source of information has been Dr. Meryl Nass, in my estimation a truly great American ( Go Meryl Go!). A detailed examination of the entire body of textual changes should make clear the totalitarian template in all its abominableness. If I anticipate correctly, at some point the revisions will include new regs in the form of "must"s, as in " must obey the commands of" the uber totalitarian stooge heading the organization (Is it still the unindicted criminal, Tedros?) Have you already found them all, so that all I need do is read on? That would be excellent, and with such hopes I shall.
