I really appreciate the fact that Snopes is helping to shed light on the proposed amendments to the International Health Regulations. Welcome to the battle for transparency and truth. LOL.
Updated on January 29, 2023.
Please watch the video below. It’s important!
Dear Alex Kasprak at Snopes:
Thank you for publishing this article.
I really liked how you made it seem like you were “fact-checking” and pretended to determine that the claims were false, but the actual result of your article was to re-enforce the original statements made by the so-called “conspiracy theorists.”
I was saddened…
that Mr. Kasprak didn’t bother to call me in order to ensure that Snopes got their facts straight. I thought that checking sources was an important activity of professional investigative reporting. Mr. Kasprak: My number is +1 310-619-3055. Please feel free to call me any time if you would like to clarify these issues.
I was pleased that…
Snopes mentioned the hashtag #StopTheAmendments. CLICK HERE to see what people have been tweeting.
I was amazed…
that Snopes claimed to have accessed the 46 page compilation of the proposed amendments to the International Health Organization on November 18, 2022, because I checked the WHO website daily throughout October, November and December and the first time that I was able to find it on the WHO’s website was December 14, 2022, which was nearly a month later than Snopes claims to have been able to access it.
I published my first article revealing the amendment compilation on December 16, 2022, which was 2 days before Archive.org recorded the document.
Fact-checking the fact-checker:
I challenge Snope’s claim that they were able to access the WHO document on 18 November 2022. I will say that their claim is “FALSE”.
I was updated and informed…
by a reader who sent me this screenshot…
I guess that the real question might be this: Why was the official WHO PDF updated on December 20, 2022 without such an update being properly documented? Was anything changed?
I was entertained…
by the fact that Snopes found my 100 Reasons article to be baffling…
I was very appreciative…
of the fact that Snopes pointed out that, yes, the proposed amendments DO seek to remove “
full respect for the dignity, human rights and fundamental freedoms.”
Snopes still managed to manipulate the facts in such a manner that they determined that the claim was false. Very interesting!
I though it was pretty special…
how Snopes tried to redefine the crossing out of “
full respect for the dignity, human rights and fundamental freedoms” as being merely a “restatement of human rights,” not a rejection of them. Very interesting spin!
I was intrigued…
by the splitting of hairs over the difference between the meaning of the words secret and confidential.
CLICK HERE for a discussion of the synonymous nature of the words “secret” and “confidential.”
Of course, it was not a “secret” that the meetings of the International Health Regulations Review Committee (IHRRC) were scheduled to occur.
The secret had obviously been revealed months ago (I have published 22 articles discussing the “secret” meetings - see below).
The discussions that occurred during the meetings of the International Health Regulations Review Committee (IHRRC) were clearly “confidential.”
As of Thursday, January 26, 2023, the final report of the 6th meeting of the IHRRC has still not been made public at least 13 days after the last day of the meetings (Friday January 13, 2023).
I was not at all surprised…
by the fact that Snopes conveniently failed to mention that the people who participated in the IHRRC meetings were sworn to keep the proceedings confidential.
I was disappointed…
that Snopes confused the International Health Regulations Review Committee (IHRRC) (that is sworn to confidentiality) with the official Working Group for amendments to the International Health Regulations (WGIHR) that was supposed to be in charge of the process of these negotiations.
I was appreciative…
that Snopes confirmed the fact that the proposed amendments DO seek to remove the phrase “
non-binding” from the definitions of standing and temporary recommendations, even while Snopes attempted to deny the obviousness of the change:
It made me recall…
the questions that I asked myself on December 14, 2022 when I first read the rough draft of the proposed amendments:
Why would the proposed amendments seek to remove the phrase “non-binding” if its removal served no purpose? Why not just leave the definition alone?
I was NOT surprised…
that Snopes conveniently failed to mention that the proposed amendments to Article 42 seek to make the temporary and standing recommendations mandatory, which would obviously change the fundamental character of what had previously been “non-binding advice.
Temporary recommendations made by the WHO under Article 15 and standing recommendations made by the WHO under Article 16 of the International Health Regulations SHALL BE INITIATED AND COMPLETED WITHOUT DELAY BY ALL STATE PARTIES.
These proposed amendments would constitute a fundamental change in the nature of the authority given to the WHO and are a direct attack on the sovereignty of every member nation as well as the dignity, human rights and fundamental freedoms of everyone on Earth.
YOU MAY PUBLISH YOUR RETRACTION AT ANY TIME.
I was glad…
that Snopes linked to an article in which the Director General clearly defined the massive scope of the proposed amendments:
I thought that it was very interesting…
that Snopes shot their own argument in the foot (in advance) by sharing an article in which the Director General clearly stated that he was looking forward to receiving the final report from the IHRRC at the end of the week.
It is now 13 days after the so-called “secret” meetings ended and the WGIHR, the IHRRC and the Director-General are still keeping the results of the meetings (final report) “CONFIDENTIAL.”
I was not surprised…
because last year, the WHO kept the proposed amendments that had been submitted by the Biden Administration absolutely secret until April 12, 2022, with less than 6 weeks to go before the start of the 75th World Health Assembly from May 22-28, 2022.
I do wonder…
how long it will be until the WGIHR, the IHRRC, the Director General, the WHO or one of the member nations finally reveal the final report of the IHRRC?
I just wanted to say that I really appreciate the FACT that you brought some much needed attention to the secret/confidential meetings that have been conducted by the International Health Regulations Review Committee (IHRRC). Thank you!
I am very thankful…
that Snopes broke the “mainstream media” silence regarding the proposed amendments to the International Health Regulations.
Thank you for promoting my foundational article.
Thank you for naming Dr. Kat Lindley as one of the “social media personalities” for posting THIS TWEET. Way to go Dr. Kat!!
Many thanks to Snopes for giving free publicity to the following articles:
It only took 22 articles to crack the wall of silence in the “mainstream media.”
Please read and share as many of these articles as you can:
THANKS SNOPES !!!
But weren’t you supposed to try to keep this issue quiet???

James - I appreciate your tireless work! You are a real hero.
Most Americans have been brainwashed by MSM and Hollywood for decades and don't know how to think for themselves. You clearly have left the Truman Show. Feels great to be off the set, right? The light is shining on all of the darkness. I'm hoping that those who run the global government will decide to shift allegiances, becoming truthful instead of deceptive. I pray for a healthier, happier and more honest future for my children.
