Yes, I did see that. The WHO exceeded my expectations for just how horrible they could be. They held two days of meetings that were hidden from the public then hold a 30 minute session to share the decisions that they made in private while touting their "transparency." 1) CAII: The member states have until 15 Sept to send the INB, in writing, all the amendments they put forward on Mon/Tues. Then the INB has to incorporate them. I don't see why there'd be a separate publishing of the "in camera" decisions on IV&V, so I can't see them publishing a new Working Draft until after the public hearings or later. Why would they? It would only give the plebs ammunitiion.
2) IHR (2005) 3rd Ed.: Small question: do you think there should have been an updated 4th Edition to mark the amendment(s)? Do you know if a new edition/version was published incorporating the meagre change(s)? Just wondering how that works. I assume the 3rd Edition, published 2016(?), incorporated changes, and hasn't been amended since. Unless they're holding out for more amendments...
1) I am hoping that they will soon publish the 7 paragraph "report" that they discussed on Saturday and I am really hoping that it has an "Annex" which includes details of the discussions and written submissions from the meetings this week. The member nations have until September 15 to submit ADDITIONAL suggestions to be incorporated into the hidden draft that will be circulated in mid-November to the member states.
2) All member nations have 18 months to voice their reservations or objections to the amendments that were adopted on May 27, 2022. Yes, I know the amendments changed that time period to 10 months, but I think that will only come into effect after 18 months from the time of notification. I would expect a revised edition after that time period.

I noticed a repeating pattern in PART IV of the 19 page WHO rough draft.
The header paragraph of each of the 14 parts is nearly identical and is essentially encouraging legislative action to be taken by the member nations
The individual points in each of the 14 sections ALL start with the word "measures."
