Sounds like my city council! FYI...the EPA has the 'International Public Participation Guide.' This is a guide for corporations and how to handle the public. There is a section for 'Outraged Citizens.' Within this guide the corporations decide how much and when public participation will occur, if any. Here in CO, within this EPA guide there is the IAP2 (International Public Participation Guide). The EPA needs to be defunded immediately...most Federal Depts, need to be defunded or abolished.
