Reason: It is clear that negotiations are going on between Australian delegates and the World Health Organization. I have been unable to find any public information regarding the status of the negotiators participating in these discussions. I have been unable to find a delegation of authority letter from an authorized officer of the Australian government to any other party authorizing them to participate in such negotiations on behalf of Australia. I believe that the interest of the people of Australia would be better served if the general public and Members of Parliament were able to view the requested information immediately and as it is generated.
