Under the guise of "controlling traffic," officials are attempting to control the lives of the people in Oxford, England. This is a "test case" that must NOT be allowed to set a precedent.
This reminds me of a contemporary form of the World War 2 Warsaw Ghetto in the making. I cannot help but think of Concentration camps for the UK citizens. The WEF minions clearly do not want food smuggled in by the hungry masses. This is exactly where this is going. In North america they want people out of the countryside. Nobody may be independent nor attempt to feed the city. Over a million small farms have been forced out in Europe. Canada is killing farmers with carbon taxes and they will not be able to plant and harvest with heavily taxed and possibly unavailable deisel fuel ( the diesel fuel is the key) . I could go on. The enventual idea is to starve the population to death in my opinon ( just opinion not misinformation).
The trouble with all this is that traffic generally in the UK is, excuse my French as they say, bloody awful. There are a combination of factors, but much of it is people are too lazy to get off their backsides and walk or cycle.
They did not support local shops because it was 'convenient' to go to the supermarkets (which are not that super), so the small shops went.
Railways were under-invested in as the road lobby wanted more roads built (which only encourages more traffic.
Add in uncontrolled immigration and a deliberate attempt by the Nazis and Marxists out of Germany (which controls the EU, its Fourth Reich) to undermine the UK by breaking up marriages etc, increasing individual household numbers and consumerism (1 family becomes two with journeys between as children shuffled around).
However, the totalitarian approach by Oxford City Council will not address these primary issues so ultimately pointless however well-intentioned (hmm...).
The council is labour held and they always make hard work of things, it's in the name labour. And they have the colour red for danger, beware.
I think that they are also using Drones and Aircrafts to monitor people. in some countries. I have observed Drones and small planes flying very low in shopping centers and Neighbourhoods all the time. I don't know the intention. To spy or to scare people
Apologies if this is stated in the above literature and I missed it, but in addition to protest, there should be an agreement to disobey these rules in the event they are enacted. If enough people disobey a rule or set of rules, they become unenforceable, and therefore null. This is a crucial failsafe that is invaluable for an unarmed population, because peaceful protests, while not to be underestimated because they have historically been effective on countless occasions, can still be ignored by a brazen-enough government (e.g. Tiananmen Square). In that case, disobedience that is widespread-enough to overwhelm enforcement mechanisms governments attempt to put in place is the only way.

Let's see if the usual course of events happens (how to boil a frog scenario): (1) a small percentage of people will be alarmed, and warn about and oppose these proposals, as you're doing. (2) The vast majority of people will ignore the warnings, and comply like sheep. (3) These proposals will become the norm and standard operating procedure, and then more broadly implemented nationwide. (4) Another set of freedoms and rights will have been taken away, and globalist tyranny will have been strengthened.
Soon everyone on this Earth will be realy sooo very sorry they didn't do anything serious to unite at the right time for stopping these criminals and impostors. Just crying, complaining and wondering that we are slaves and more slaves and look what they are doing to us when they have no right to do will be totaly equal with 0. The "Communism for the peasants but not for Us" schemes being imposed by City Councils (to the glee of the elites) is also extending to property ownership. Toronto has just implemented its first "Vacant Home Tax Property Status Declaration. - All residential property owners are required to declare the occupancy status of their residential property(s) annually." Residential properties within city limits which are vacant for more than 6 months in any year, or where a property owner fails to "make a declaration" by the required due date "will be subject to pay the Vacant Home Tax, at a rate of one per cent of the property's 2022 Current Value Assessment (CVA). Some exceptions are permitted if you provide documentation, such as if the property is undergoing renovations. The website associated with this policy stated something to the gist of "this is being done in order to discourage vacant property ownership." Well who owns the property then ???? The owner or Toronto City Council ? What if they decide to "expand" the policy to include 2 week vacations. Are Toronto residents then forced to "to rent out their homes" or be subject to the tax ? This is what I call "Nonsense Creep." We need to call this out now or it will get worse. The exceptions will then be for those who are designated as "Sovereign" -they will be exempt from vaccination, taxes ... They will start with those who are registered as having voted on the Left as a "reward". Eventually, they will also be kicked off the list (there are too many of them), but they are useful idiots for the moment.

How about we just let people decide how they want to travel, by car, bus, bicycle, walk, carpool, taxi, uber, motorcycle rather than create a massive control management system that cost millions of dollars to operate and saves a tiny percent of that cost.

I knew the next scare tactic was coming since the pandemic fraud could not be maintained. I hope people are ready to take a hard stand on this non existent climate emergency. I am ready, I have been studying the "climate science" for 10 years, there is no emergency and their solutions of wind, solar, and electric cars are not solutions. They are technically weak, expensive and far from environmentally friendly. I recommend reading Bjorn Lomborg's book, "False Alarm" which makes it clear beyond a doubt that there is no emergency even if C02 is the control knob for the climate. Bjorn does believe anthropogenic C02 is responsible for climate change, but if he didn't he would not have needed to write a book. 👌 Steve Koonin's and Alex Epstein's books are well worth reading as well.
