With all due respect, the motion was for an injunction of the Notice (of alleged "requirement" for the the owner) to Dispose... not to stop CFIA from disposing. I have the motion and court order in front of me. Quoting from the court order:
"UPON the Applicant’s motion for an injunction prohibiting the execution of the Notice issued by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency [CFIA]on December 31, 2024, requiring the Applicant to dispose of animals in its possession, and for an amendment to the Requirement to Quarantine notice dated December 28, 2024..."
It's a real pity that the farmers did not demand "CFIA" supply proof of their alleged authority (an enforceable contract) and proof of the imaginary virus, contagion, validated tests, etc. and use this opportunity to expose the complete lack of scientific evidence - which has already been officially confessed by "CFIA" and many other institutions.
My suggestion: instead of killing the healthy herd, save and study the ostriches that apparently developed Natural Herd Immunity to the avian flu. It may save our food supply.

Could it be that our public health authorities do not want any evidence that natural/herd immunity might emerge for the avian flu?
