I would not be surprised to find that some particular pathogen, in a pandemic spread, would preferentially infect and harm the "vaccinated", since COVID already infects this group more, and they appear to comprise most of the fatalities from COVID these days (though there may be other confounding causes and morbidities among the multiply boosted, who may see doctors a lot).
