James - Have you seen the 12th Amendment to the Declaration under the Prep Act for Covid-19 Countermeasures? On December 11th, Secretary of HHS, Javier Becerra, issued an amendment extending Prep for Covid out till the next election - December 31, 2029. I wonder if several of us missed this fact as it happened a month or so after the election.

If Kennedy becomes Secretary of the Department of HHS this month, his first priority should be to end the Covid-19 prep act declaration immediately. He has the authority to do this as HHS Secretary. As everyone is aware, the Prep Act provides an immunity shield to MDs, pharmacists, or anyone involved dispensing, administering Covid countermeasures as well as the companies involved in manufacturing countermeasures including the vaccine companies, Pfizer and Moderna. I am not sure Kennedy has the authority to withdraw the EUAs, but he should have the authority to end the Covid-19 Prep declaration.
The FDA has the responsibility withdraw the EUA. Initially it was Dr. Janet Woodcock, now its Dr. Peter Marks, head of CBER. The Pfizer Papers put the FDA Criteria for Issuance of the Emergency Use Authorization for the Pfizer BioNTech vaccine into question. Section 564 of the FD&C Act allows FDA to issue EUAs to strengthen public health protections against biological threats/Covid-19. Per the Pfizer Papers, it appears there were 2 deaths in the Pfizer trial that Pfizer did not disclose to the FDA. As a result, FDA did not have all the data available before they issued the EUA to Pfizer.
Per FDA's Emergency Use Authorization letter to Pfizer - Dec 11th, 2020 - Based on the totality of scientific evidence available to FDA, that the Pfizer BioNTech Covid 19 vaccine maybe effective in preventing Covid 19, and that used under the conditions described in this authorization, the known and potential benefits of the Covid-19 vaccine when used to prevent Covid-19 outweigh its known and potential risks. (The FDA did not know all the risks when they issued the EUA, per Pfizer papers. If the Pfizer papers can prove the deaths were vaccine related and Pfizer was aware of the deaths and did not disclose the data to the FDA, then the FDA did not have all the data available to weight risk vs. benefits before issuing the EUA.
The deaths discussed by the Pfizer papers is potential key information terms of withdrawing the EUAs and Covid-19 vaccines. The vaccines will be recalled immediately from the market without liability shields from Prep or FDA issued EUAs.

I was fired from my job for not following the mandates. I stopped paying formal tithing and redirected double the funds to the likes of the ICAN and Aaron Siri. The Highwire, RFKs campaign, Children’s Health Defense, MAHA,. Naomi Wolfe, Pierre, Kory, Dr McCullough, Meryl Nass, World Council for Health and Tess Lawrey and many other groups. Gone to many rallies, trying desperately to understand, be informed and help.
