Submitted a comment - it's hard to say much in 250 words but I tried to make it clear that totalitarian control is evil and unacceptable and does the opposite of promoting health and they are betraying their purported purpose.
1. The WHO does not email to you a copy of your submission.
2. I have written an update to the UK's 1688/1689 Bill of Rights which came in handy when trying to figure out what to add after I pointed out that inalienable rights do not get dispensed by Treaty.
Here are a couple of lines I added :
No Free Man shall have his bodily integrity, either corporeal or electromagentic, violated via implants or via intrusive inspection or via chemical manipulation. Involuntary isolation shall not be imposed, nor shall access to balanced and informed opinion be restricted in order to terrify or to terrorise or to place in fear of loss of life and limb.
In all matters medical prior full voluntary and informed consent shall be a condition as set out in the Nuremberg Code.
Hi James: Am I correct that these links from the WHO website list the Intergovernmental Negotiating Body which comprise the Country Delegates, and NGO Organizations/Stakeholders (take note of all the Banks) who will be meeting and 'voting' on passing the Treaty? So contacting These people/Orgs is where our efforts should go to stop them from getting bullied/bought into passing this Treaty?

If we allow ourselves to believe that such a treaty overrides and supersedes our constitution, we have only ourselves to blame plus our representatives in Congress. There's no legal authority for that, no matter what was signed, the IHR or anything else. SCOTUS has already ruled that a treaty or any international agreement which violates a provision of the US Constitution is invalid, because that would be a de facto amendment to the constitution, which has a higher threshold of approval than treaties or other international agreements, namely three-fourths of the state legislatures, versus two-thirds of the Senate, or the President's signature, or any other type of bogus approval (see Senator Ted Cruz' article in Harvard Law Review "Limits on the Treaty Power"). And any law that violates the Constitution is null and void. We are on solid ground if we just refuse to obey it, or nullify it at the county, state, or federal level. We have to take our Constitutional rights seriously rather than allow the WHO to talk us out of them when we still have them - that's just yielding ground unnecessarily. We may have to suffer for it, we may lose court battles over it, but we have to draw the line somewhere or we'll lose all our freedoms. Why not draw the line here? Count me in.
James —- you have done some amazing work… in order to get more people to become involved & participate to send emails, have you thought about constructing a generic email template that we could e-sign and then send off to the email list.. sort of like a word processing program? I think we could overwhelm the WHO and any other of the un-elected who believe their decisions are what’s best! If this is the surprise that you keep referring to, it would even be worth paying a small fee to cover the programming costs to get it done.
