A Personal Response to Neil Oliver's Public Plea for Honesty

My name is James Roguski. I live in California, and this message is especially directed at Neil Oliver and all of the good people of Great Britain.
Neil, I would like you to know that I respect you and the good people of Great Britain enough to hear the plea that you made on your show on May 6, 2023 and I will attempt to answer your plea for honesty as best as I possibly can.

“I want someone, somewhere to respect us enough to tell us the truth about Britain today. Then we’ll know where we stand. Do the powers that be truly regard us as free people, living in a sovereign nation, or do they not? Today of all days, it’s not too much to ask.
Well, I’ve been reporting on the WHO, the proposed amendments to the International Health Regulations and the proposed Pandemic Treaty for well over a year now.
Unbeknownst to nearly everyone on earth, the 11 members of Parliament that make up the Petition Committee published an official government response to petition #635904.

Their response shows, with great clarity, their utter disrespect for the people of Great Britain.
Please allow me to explain.
Last year, on May 27, 2022, during the 75th World Health Assembly, the 194 unelected, unaccountable and largely unknown delegates to the WHO agreed by consensus to adopt amendments to the International Health Regulations.
Most people have been so distracted by the current negotiations regarding the proposed Pandemic Treaty and the 307 proposed amendments to the International Health Regulations, not to mention the King’s coronation, that they have neglected to pay attention to the simple fact that the WHO did adopt amendments to the International Health Regulations last year.
Most people are also unaware that Article 61 of the International Health Regulations clearly gives each and every nation the authority to exert their national sovereignty and REJECT any amendments, even after the WHO has adopted them.
But silence is consent.
The current time period during which Great Britain, and every other nation, may reject the amendments that were adopted on May 27, 2022 is 18 months, so the deadline by which such rejections must be submitted would be before the end of this coming November 2023.
More than 11 of the 18 months for rejection of these amendments have already passed.
No signatures are needed and no positive vote by Parliament is needed for those amendments to enter into force.
What is needed is silence, and that silence is taken as consent.
On April 3, 2023 Tess Lawrie of the World Council For Health submitted a petition calling for a public debate regarding the amendments that were adopted by the WHO last year. Within 10 days, the petition gathered well over the 10,000 signatures needed to require an official written public response from the petition committee. Petition #635904 clearly states that…
“The amendments that were adopted on 27 May 2022 have not been debated in or voted on by Parliament. The UK has the authority to reject them under Article 61 of the IHR, but any such rejection must be within 18 months of their adoption. Parliament must be given the opportunity to vote on whether to reject the amendments that have already been adopted.”
Neil, the question of sovereignty that seems to be perplexing everyone is not whether the WHO will take sovereignty away from the people of Great Britain and the 193 other member nations.
The question is this: Will the public servants that we elect to represent us abdicate their responsibility to guard our sovereignty that we have entrusted them to protect, or are they more than likely to abuse our rights and freedoms by claiming that they must abide by the international agreement with the WHO?
The WHO does not need enforcement powers. They already know that our own elected representatives are more than willing to abuse our rights and freedoms. Imagine how bad our own fellow citizens will abuse our rights if given the opportunity to say that they are doing so because they are just following the rules set by some international agreement.
Neil, the answer to your plea is simple and clear: Each and every member of the UK Parliament, as well as each and every member of the United States House of Representatives and our Senate and every other Parliament around the world have failed to even raise the issue that amendments to the International Health Regulations were adopted last year.
They have the opportunity to reject them, but they are being silent. They have the opportunity to exert their national sovereignty and protect our personal sovereignty, our freedoms and our rights, and they are failing to do so.
The amendments that were passed last year were but a small assault on our personal freedoms and our national sovereignty, but yet every single one of our elected representatives, and I mean every single one of them have failed miserably to even bother to bring these changes forth for debate and discussion.
They do not care to even hear the will of the people.
Our elected representatives cannot be entrusted to protect that which we hold so dear.
Ultimately, the responsibility for the protection of our own sovereignty, our freedom, our rights and our dignity and our very lives rests upon each and every one of us.
We the people must defend our rights and our sovereignty because our elected representatives have shown clearly that they will fail to do so.
