Today Surgeon General of Florida Lapado announced that Florida is ending all vaccine mandates. He also said that no individual or government has the right to tell another person what to put into their body. He said what you put in your body is between you, your body, and God. A message that everyone needs to share!
Florida Surgeon General Joseph Ladapo said that the state will work to eliminate all vaccine mandates. That is NOT the same as actually eliminating them. This is not a done deal. It is aspirational.
In a 2011 decision, Bruesewitz v. Wyeth LLC, the U.S. Supreme Court said that vaccine side effects are unavoidable.

Yes, the PREP Act should be repealed. Yet the S.C. of the U.S. has already ruled -more than once- that unconstitutional laws have no legal effect.
This case is considered a keystone by the Judical Branch:

More clearly stated, if We the People acting through our agents from each State, did not delegate a specific power to the federal government, it can not legitimately claim that power.
Congress has no authority to make - and the Executive & Judicial branches have no authority to enforce - ANY law, rule, or regulation which would "deny or disparage" any citizen their natural, UNalienable, or retained Rights.

Somehow I dropped a phrase from the foundational S.C. U.S. case, Marbury vs. Madison - summation:
"Thus, the particular phraseology* of the Constitution of the United States confirms and strengthens the principle, supposed to be essential to all written constitutions, that a law repugnant to the Constitution is VOID, and that courts, as well as other departments, are BOUND by that instrument.”
*Literally, the study of the meanings of phrases and sentences.
Note that the Supreme Court did not say, in either Marbury vs. Madison or in Norton vs. Shelby Co., that a court had to declare a law to be unconstitutional for it to be null & void- of no legal effect.

Declaring a "state of emergency," authorizes the "govt" to ignore fundamental human rights, which is what some people believe are in the "Constitution," but in fact, they are inalienable rights that nobody is supposed to take away. If we allow Congress to enact "laws" which give government more power in certain circumstances, those circumstances will be created - prolonged - and repeated.
However, Congress never had the authority to pass laws that abridge, violate, deny, or disparage the Rights of We the actual People of the United States.
We must re-discover the fact that the governments of our States and the federation were established "...to secure these Rights" - our UNalienable Rights.
"UNalienable" means that these right might be violated by others- but they cannot be taken from us. The Right to Life, Liberty, Property, and the pursuit of Happiness - to ownership of our own bodies, remain ours.

The Prep Act is not only unconstitutional...it wreaks harm on many innocent people. No one should be able to inflict harm on others without being held culpable. This act has harmed people mentally, physically and financially...and too many culprits have used it to escape punishment for their rotten actions.
This is quite good. It pushes more people in the direction we need to go. I.e. the creation of more healthy self sustainable communities who aren't attached to these old disease orientated structures and their made up (or real), health emergencies.
We're in the middle of a global energetic transition, it doesn't matter what they do anymore, if it's not for the greater good, it will fail xx

Show me where the PREP Act specifically protects a vaccinator who administers a vaccine without obtaining valid voluntary informed consent?
It cannot be done, because a vaccinator has a personal obligation to obtain valid voluntary informed consent for vaccination.
How were vaccinators able to provide information about an intervention they know little or nothing about?
How could they possibly obtain informed consent from people who were being told a tissue of lies about ‘Covid’ by ‘the authorities’?
How could they possibly obtain valid voluntary informed consent from people who were being threatened with loss of livelihood and participation in society if they refused to comply?
How could they possibly obtain valid voluntary informed consent from people who were under duress, as duress vitiates consent?
Haven’t these collaborating vaccinators committed willful misconduct?
Why does the legal system in the United States continue to ignore the vaccinators’ failure to obtain valid voluntary informed consent for vaccination - this seems like a willful act of negligence to me.

Unfortunately "the law" has been corrupted. There is no APPLICABLE law requiring those who administer "covered countermeasures" to inform their victims or to obtain their consent.
I agree that what you believe, should be the law. That which you state certainly is ethical and is obviously what the law should require, but the law has been corrupted.
What should be, what you believe must be, is NOT what the law is.
That is why the PREP Act must be REPEALED!

I stand by my comment that vaccinators are personally obligated to obtain valid voluntary informed consent for vaccination. This has been confirmed to me personally in Australia by the Australian Government, and by the regulator, AHPRA, here are links to the letters:

I agree with you James that the PREP Act should be repealed, but I also contend the PREP Act doesn’t protect vaccinators who have not obtained valid voluntary informed consent for vaccination, it’s their primary responsibility to do this, and it can’t be obtained from people who are under duress to comply.
Yes- even under the PREP Act, prospective recipients were supposed to have been informed of their right to refuse to accept an "investigational new drug" - to become human guinea pigs.

The other points you raise also violate the Nuremberg Code.
Ir's been said that the Nuremberg Code has no legal force in the U.S. - yet its principles were incorporated into the Belmont Report under the National Research Act (1974) - which is law. Coercion ("The jab or your job"), undue influence, and lack of fully informed consent all violate the laws designed to protect our natural, God-given Rights.
Of course, any "law", rule, or regulation that violates our UNalienable Rights - which our State & federal governments were instituted to protect - is void.

The National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act (1986) expanded to cover vaccines given to adults if they are on the CDC's 'recommended childhood vaccine schedule; the PATRIOT Act (2001); and the PREP Act are all examples of clearly UNconstitutional laws.
The right to sue any individual or entity that has harmed us was our right "long antecedent to the organization of the state, and can only be taken...by due process of law, and in accordance with the Constitution." Hale v Henkel (1906) SC US
The Constitution - "the supreme Law of the Land" supports this Right.

A repeal of the PREP Act is probably the most practical way to stop the courts from allowing this clearly unconstitutional act / 'law' to be used to deny or disparage, to abridge or to allow trespassing upon the Rights of We the People.
However, it shouldn't even be necessary.
- Congress has no authority to make a law / pass an act that violates the Constitution. It only has the authority delegated to it to in Article I of the Constitution.
- Judges are sworn to uphold "the supreme Law of the Land".
- ALL government officials, members of Congress and of state legislatures are BOUND to uphold the Constitution of the U.S., and of their State, where applicable.

Whenever any government official acts 'ultra vires' - beyond the law, or their lawful authority, they are personally liable. And the Constitution IS "the supreme Law of the Land".
An "emergency" is not a valid excuse to violate the Constitution - the document which constitutes, makes, the government.
If congress cared one iota about the citizens of this country, the prep act and the 1986 vaccine laws would be obliterated ASAP. You can easily see how much they really care about our future.
