The Working Group for amendments to the International Health Regulations (WGIHR) is meeting October 2-6, 2023 to discuss the proposed Global Digital Health Certification Network.

During these week-long meetings, the WGIHR is planning to discuss the proposed amendments to the International Health Regulations.

The WGIHR is scheduled to discuss (in secret) the proposed Global Digital Health Certification Network which includes requirements for the following:
Vaccination Certificates
Prophylaxis Certificates
Testing Certificates
Recovery Certificates
THE LAST MEETING OF THE WGIHR IS SCHEDULED FOR DECEMBER 7-8, 2023.
The amendments are then scheduled to be submitted to the International Health Regulations Review Committee on December 15, 2023.

I have summarized the proposed amendments that pertain to the Global Digital Health Certification Network in the document below…
THIS IS NOT ABOUT THE “PANDEMIC TREATY.”
These proposals are NOT in the WHO CA+ Framework Convention (AKA “Pandemic Treaty”).
MOST of the meetings of the Working Group for amendments to the International Health Regulations October 2-6, 2023 will NOT be live streamed, nor will recordings of the meetings be made public.
We can no longer trust the World Health Organization, the FDA and/or the CDC to approve “vaccines.”
The so-called “approval process” for genetic therapies (mRNA) that are masquerading as “vaccines” has been completely corrupted.
THERE IS NO LEGAL DEFINITION OF A “VACCINE” IN THE INTERNATIONAL HEALTH REGULATIONS.
WE CANNOT ALLOW FLAWED AND FRAUDULENT INJECTIONS AND/OR TESTS TO BE USED TO RESTRICT OUR FREEDOMS.
We cannot allow the negotiations of proposed amendments to the International Health Regulations to continue under these false pretenses.
We cannot allow the WHO to be the only organization on earth that is authorized to approve “vaccines.”
THESE NEGOTIATIONS MUST BE STOPPED IMMEDIATELY.

In reality, the WHO is not waiting for the negotiations to be finalized.
Please be aware that the World Health Organization is merely pretending to conduct negotiations regarding the details of what they refer to as the Global Digital Health Certification Network.
They are already moving forward with the construction and implementation of a global system that is designed to restrict your freedom to travel.
