THE DEADLINE TO REJECT THE AMENDMENTS IS DECEMBER 1, 2023 Amendments to the International Health Regulations were adopted at the 75th World Health Assembly on May 27, 2022. There is an 18 month period during which the leader of every nation can REJECT the amendments under Article 61 of the International Health Regulations.

Please realize that the World Health Assembly DID ADOPT amendments to the International Health Regulations on May 27, 2022.
Every nation can still REJECT the amendments that were adopted in 2022, but they must officially notify the World Health Organization of their rejection within 18 months from the time that they were notified of their adoption.
The deadline for each nation to reject the May 2022 amendments is therefore late November 2023.
It is highly unlikely that President Biden will reject the amendments that were adopted in 2022, BECAUSE THE BIDEN ADMINISTRATION PROPOSED THEM.
Please also realize that the 300+ amendments that have been proposed by 94 member nations are currently being negotiated (mostly) in secret.
Since the original documents were submitted (September 30, 2022) the Working Group for amendments to the International Health Regulations (WGIHR) has NOT published any revised or updated version.
