STOP Mask Mandates
The people who are requiring others to wear masks have clearly NOT read the extensive research showing that masks do NOT work and do cause harm. I recommend that you ask questions and demand answers.

On Thursday, August 30, 2023, Cedars-Sinai sent the following notice to their patients:
Subject: Masking Update from Cedars-Sinai
Date: Aug 30, 2023
As you know by now, we have been asking everyone to wear a mask in all Cedars-Sinai locations.
First and foremost, thank you sincerely for helping to keep our patients, staff and visitors safe.
Beginning Sept. 1, this masking requirement will stay in effect in our emergency departments and urgent care centers. Wear a well-fitted mask when you are in any part of those areas.
Although masks won't be routinely required for patients and visitors in other Cedars-Sinai areas, we still strongly encourage you to continue wearing one. Please know that based on certain clinical conditions, some exceptions to this guidance may apply for your safety. Follow the guidance of your care team.
Our staff will remain masked in all areas where you, your loved ones or any of our patients are directly receiving care, such as in a patient's room or an exam room. Your health remains our top priority, and our policies continue to be driven by county guidance and best practices that keep our most vulnerable patients safe.
As flu season approaches and COVID-19 continues to be a concern, please remember that masking and good hand hygiene are two of the very best ways to protect yourself and your loved ones from getting sick. You'll be hearing from us soon about additional ways to protect yourself, including by getting a flu shot this fall.
Thank you for the continued opportunity to care for you.
WHY THIS CALL TO ACTION IS IMPORTANT TO YOU, REGARDLESS OF WHERE YOU LIVE:
The Cedars-Sinai Health System is a hospital group centered in the Los Angeles area and is often referred to as one of the top medical centers in the world.
We, the people, must come together to stop Cedars-Sinai from abusing our rights and freedoms.
If we can stop the tyranny here, then we can stop it everywhere!
Regardless of where you live, you can still help to send a strong message to the administration of Cedars-Sinai that you oppose any mask mandates.
