I gave the vet a mouthful when she tried to give that to my dog who has just had an eye removed. She didn’t give a shit. Vets are no better than medical doctors or dentists. Avoid all three at all costs.

We need a whole new paradigm in animal care. Guardians need to be educated to care for their own animals. The veterinary industry has trained people to believe that veterinary care is necessary to keep animals healthy. Health is not created by pharmaceuticals, it is supported with proper husbandry. God made our animals perfect by design.
Rabies is mandatory in AL and most dog care facility require flu vaccine. I t ried to take my dog to the vet but was told his one year rabies is due and they wouldnt see me without his shot. They are as brain-washed as the dentists that still say mercury is OK

I was thinking about that exact same thing in the last week. All of our past babies have passed on and we only have one kitty now. I had been hearing all the things about pet vaxxs. I've been wanting to get a dog, or two, mature would be fine. Then I realized 🥴 it would probably have been vaccinated! And would it shed on us? Probably, and it does scare me. Now I'm not sure where would be a good place to get any dog, even a puppy. From a person who is giving/selling one? Who may or may not have had it vaccinated? There is a lot to think about and look into about this.
But when we go anywhere, the store, wherever, we are around people who are probably shedding. It is almost unavoidable! It makes me very upset, as I'm sure it probably does you, too. So, will it be that different with a dog? Of course, we don't hug and kiss and love, snuggle and sleep with strangers like we do with our pets. So, is it as big a worry as I thought? Probably, yes, so I still don't know what to do about it. Sorry for the rambling. It's all just rushing through my brain and out through my fingers...
I never had any children except for my cat when I was very, very young and then my dogs. They were my “babies.” I wish I could have another dog, but I’m in an apartment now and going out in bad weather for the dog to do his business is not something I would look forward to. Also, I am a “seasoned citizen” and would be concerned about who would take care of my dog if I were to outlive him.

China did that exact thing back in 2006-ish. They literally went door to door rounding up and killing dogs due to some supposed virus.
