I now understand your exceptionally calm demeanor, to which I aspire but constantly fail to achieve.
I love your Yosemite story. My story was in second grade: my teacher told us that a tomato was a vegetable, but I insisted that it was a fruit. My lesson that the authorities don't always know what they are talking about paid off well during covid. I am still constantly amazed at how so many people have so much trouble believing that they've been lied to.
