The Seventh meeting of the Intergovernmental Negotiating Body is scheduled to be held from Monday - Friday, November 6-10, 2023. They plan to discuss the latest version of the so-called “Pandemic Agreement.”
It is likely that only Monday’s sessions will be made available to the public and recorded.

For nearly a year, I have been saying that the so-called “Pandemic Treaty” is NOT what most people are claiming it to be.

In an effort to help everyone better understand the details of the proposal for negotiating text of the WHO Pandemic Agreement that was published by the Intergovernmental Negotiating Body on October 30, 2023, I would like to read 40 excerpts from the document.
The parties to the WHO Pandemic Agreement…
Recognizing that the World Health Organization... is the directing and coordinating authority on international health work.
PREAMBLE (page 4)
Underscoring the importance of promoting the early... and rapid sharing of samples and genetic sequence data of pathogens with pandemic potential, as well as the fair and equitable sharing of benefits arising therefrom...
PREAMBLE (11) (page 4)
Seek to include the following in their negotiated agreement…
The Parties shall develop a mechanism to ensure the fair and equitable allocation of pandemic-related products...
ARTICLE 12(6) (page 18)
The Parties commit to promote and implement a One Health approach for pandemic prevention, preparedness and response...
ARTICLE 5(1) (page 9)
Equity includes the unhindered, fair, equitable and timely access to... pandemic-related products...

4. GENOMIC SEQUENCING LABORATORIES
The Parties shall... strengthen and maintain public health laboratory and diagnostic capacities, especially in respect of the capacity to perform genetic sequencing...

The Parties shall establish... genomics, risk assessment and laboratory networks in order to conduct surveillance and sharing of emerging pathogens with pandemic potential...

5. PATHOGEN ACCESS
The Parties hereby establish... the WHO Pathogen Access and Benefit-Sharing System, to... facilitate rapid and timely development of, and equitable access to, pandemic-related products...

The Parties shall implement the WHO Pathogen Access and Benefit-Sharing System: at all times, both during and between pandemics;

ARTICLE 12(4)(b)(ii)(a) (page 17)
Each Party, in respect of such a manufacturer operating within its jurisdiction, shall take all appropriate steps... to require such a manufacturer to provide benefits...

7. SHARING OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Recalling that intellectual property rights do not, and should not, prevent Member States from taking measures to protect public health, and further recognizing concerns about the effects of intellectual property rights on prices...
The Parties shall: (encourage entities, including manufacturers within their respective jurisdictions... to grant... non-exclusive, royalty-free licenses to any manufacturers, particularly from developing countries, to use their intellectual property and other protected substances, products, technology, know-how, information and knowledge used in the process of pandemic-related product development and production, in particular for pre-pandemic and pandemic diagnostics, vaccines and therapeutics...
ARTICLE 10(1)(d) (page 14)
Each Party... shall: encourage research and development institutes and manufacturers... to waive... royalties on the use of their technology for the production of pandemic-related products;
ARTICLE 10(3)(a) (page 15)
Each Party... shall: promote the voluntary licensing and transfer of technology and related know-how for pandemic-related products...
ARTICLE 10(3)(c) (page 15)
Each Party shall: commit to agree upon, within the framework of relevant institutions, time-bound waivers of intellectual property rights to accelerate or scale up the manufacturing of pandemic-related products...

8. REGULATORY AUTHORIZATION
The Parties shall strengthen their national and regional regulatory authorities... with the aim of expediting regulatory approvals and authorizations...
ARTICLE 14(1) (page 20)
Each Party shall take steps to ensure that it has the legal, administrative and financial frameworks in place to support emergency regulatory approvals... of pandemic-related products during a pandemic.

9. MANUFACTURING CAPACITY IN DEVELOPING COUNTRIES
The Parties, with a view to achieving a more equitable geographic distribution of the global production of pandemic-related products, and increasing... equitable access to... pandemic-related products... shall: actively support, participate in and/or implement... initiatives aimed at enabling developing countries to produce pandemic-related products, in order to facilitate strategically and geographically distributed production of pandemic-related products...
ARTICLE 10(1)(e) (page 14)
The Parties... shall: support public and private sector investments aimed at creating or expanding manufacturing facilities for pandemic-related products, especially facilities with a regional operational scope that are based in developing countries.

Each Party shall initiate or strengthen... studies relevant to pathogens with pandemic potential, with a view to ensuring the sustainability of investments in facilities for the production of vaccines and therapeutics...

10. WHO GLOBAL SUPPLY CHAIN AND LOGISTICS NETWORK
The WHO Global Supply Chain and Logistics Network (the WHO SCL Network) is hereby established... paying particular attention to the needs of developing country Parties.
ARTICLE 13(1) (page 18)
The Parties shall support... and participate in the WHO Global Supply Chain and Logistics Network, including through sustaining it at all times.
ARTICLE 13(3) (page 19)
The terms of the WHO Global Supply Chain and Logistics Network shall include estimating, or, where possible, determining, the most likely types and size/volume of products... including the costs and logistics for establishing and maintaining strategic stockpiles of such products;
ARTICLE 13(3)(a) (page 19)
The terms of the WHO Global Supply Chain and Logistics Network shall include facilitating the negotiation and agreement of advance purchase commitments and procurement contracts for pandemic-related products;
ARTICLE 13(3)(e) (page 19)
The Conference of the Parties shall establish... no-fault vaccine injury compensation mechanism(s), with the aim of promoting access to financial remedy for individuals experiencing serious adverse events resulting from a pandemic vaccine, as well as more generally promoting pandemic vaccine acceptance.

Each Party shall... cooperate to raise financial resources for the effective implementation of the WHO Pandemic Agreement...
ARTICLE 19(2) (page 23)
The funding mechanism will contribute to funding support of the Secretariat of the WHO Pandemic Agreement.

The [funding] mechanism shall function under the authority of the Conference of the Parties [who] shall further define and provide guidance on overall strategies, policies, programme priorities and eligibility for access to and utilization of financial resources...
ARTICLE 20(2)(d) (page 24)
The Conference of the Parties shall by consensus adopt financial rules for itself as well as governing the funding of any subsidiary bodies of the Conference of the Parties that are or may be established, as well as financial provisions governing the functioning of the Secretariat.

So what is MY opinion?
THESE NEGOTIATIONS MUST STOP IMMEDIATELY!
The foundation that underpins these negotiations is based on lies and mis-information.
The so-called “pandemic-related products” that were used over the past four years actually caused disease and death. Advocating for “equitable access” to “pandemic-related products” that fit the definition of biological weapons that have caused immeasurable harm is insane.
I have been saying for quite some time that these negotiations are merely a glorified venture capital prospectus put forth by the Pharmaceutical Hospital Emergency Industrial Complex in an attempt to obtain tens of billions of dollars of public money to build out the infrastructure that they want in order to make even more people sick and/or infertile with their drugs and jabs.
It’s not just what is in the document that matters.
Even more important are the issues that are being ignored.
ENORMOUS ATROCITIES HAVE BEEN COMMITTED OVER THE PAST 3+ YEARS.
A COMPLETE INTERNATIONAL INVESTIGATION AND TRIBUNAL MUST BE HELD BEFORE ANY POTENTIAL AGREEMENTS CAN BE NEGOTIATED.
Deaths caused directly by the “vaccines”
Deaths caused by Midazolam and related drugs
Deaths caused by ventilators
Deaths caused by remdesivir, paxlovid, molnupiravir, etc.
Deaths caused by refusal of early treatment
Deaths caused by refusal of repurposed FDA approved drugs
Deaths due to refusal of treatment for non-vaccinated people
Deaths due to suicide
Disability, Damage and Disease
Permanent disability due to “vaccine” injury
Immune dysfunction due to “vaccine” injury
Infertility due to “vaccine” injury
Miscarriages due to “vaccine” injury
Disease caused by “vaccine” injury (Myocarditis, Bells Palsy, etc.)
Disease caused by lack of early treatment
Disease caused by lack (or delay) of proper medical care
Disease caused by “approved” medical care
Disease attributable to immune damage caused by “vaccines”
Disease attributable to emotional stress
Diseases caused by forced masking
Physical harm caused by law enforcement personnel
Physical harm caused by nasal swab/”test”
Loss of loved ones
Inability to be with loved ones while hospitalized
Inability to be with loved ones while in long term care
Inability to properly grieve due to lockdowns/restrictions

Damage to relationships
Stress due to the constant barrage of fear-mongering media
Emotional trauma caused by forced isolation
Loss of life experiences due to various restrictions
Emotional trauma caused by nasal swab/”test
Loss of employment due to economic downturn
Loss of employment due to vaccine mandates
Loss of employment due to vaccine injury
Loss of employment due to disease caused by poor medical care
Loss of employment due to loss of medical license
Failure of business
Reduction in business due to lockdowns and restrictions
Excess costs due to requirements to remain in business
De-platforming of alternative media
Homelessness due to financial hardship
Lost Educational Opportunities
Loss of access to education due to closed schools
Loss of access to education due to “vaccine” mandates
Delayed achievement of normal growth and development landmarks in children
Damage to social and emotional intelligence due to isolation and masking
Loss of Rights and Freedoms
Government and media collusion to censor information
Government and media collusion to misinform the public
Rejection of freedom of religion (denial of religious exemption)
Prevention of travel due to lockdowns and vaccine mandates
Denial of the freedom to assemble

The lessons that the World Health Organization claims to have learned are NOT the lessons that they should have learned from the past 3+ years.
The “lessons” that the WHO claims to have learned is clearly aligned with the actions that the Pharmaceutical Hospital Emergency Industrial Complex want them to implement.
