I think it is good that Israel rejected the IHR amendments, but I think that the only reason Israel rejected them is because the WHO threatens THEIR own power. They want total, complete power. They don't want any other group like the WHO having any control over them. IMO, this rejection is purely for selfish reasons, but it does provide some protection for the rest of us against the IHR amendments.
