Removal of lead from automotive gasoline is why our crime rates dropped. Keep in mind that it takes a few years for lead levels to decrease as it's a slow process for the body.

This removal of lead is just another deceptive distraction designed to harm aviation. Blame the little guy whose airplane engine requires lead while commercial airlines can adapt to unleaded fuel. Blame small planes when chemtrail aerosolized toxins are sprayed next to jet exhaust from countless jets every day. This is all about blaming the smallest source of lead for the problem.
I have no proof of this, only questions. Are our skies being used to hide toxic waste in plain sight, just like fluoride was hidden in water? Are we busting things down to nano particle size so it can be hidden and not included in the reporting?
No need to use nano as the burning of the lead etc vaporizes it which causes the issues.
I also suspect that the chemtrails are not via separate injections but that the junk is added to the jet fuel where the engines can easily disperse it.

AVGAS is for piston engined aircraft, AVTUR or JET A1 is for gas turbines (jet engines). Piston engines are mostly light aircraft like Cessna 152 etc and occasionally big old warbirds like a DC3. I would have though the amount of light aircraft was comparable in volume to the number of old classic cars that only run on leaded fuel?
The lead reduces 'knock' also known as dieseling or pre-ignition and it stops the compressed mixture igniting on the compression stoke before the spark plug wants it to.

IIRC Unleaded fuel for cars in the UK was introduced in the late 70's early 80's - this seems a trifle late?
