Big Trouble in Little Geneva

A one hour briefing was presented to the WHO's Executive Board regarding the proposed "Pandemic Treaty" and the amendments to the International Health Regulations. It's NOT going well for them.

Please watch the videos below…

Watch the entire briefing…

There was NO mention of any of the following FACTS…

  1. The fraudulent “adoption” of amendments to the IHR on May 28, 2022 [DETAILS]

  2. The January 27, 2024 deadline which requires the Director-General to communicate a final package of targeted amendments to the member nations in alignment with Article 55 of the International Health Regulations [DETAILS]

  3. The FAILURE of the WGIHR to meet their clear deadline to submit even an interim draft of the proposed amendments. [DETAILS]

  4. The fact that the “Pandemic Treaty” is currently being re-written because many of the member nations are still unhappy about the fact that their previous submissions of text have been ignored and left out of the negotiating text, despite repeated claims that this is a “member nation led process.” If anyone has a copy of the super-secret 208 page “Compilation Text,” please let me know!

  5. The WHO’s complete ignore-ance of the thousands of written public comments [DETAILS] and hundreds of video public comments [DETAILS] that have been submitted by people around the world in opposition to these negotiations.

The World Health Assembly consists of 194 sovereign member nations. In order for a “Pandemic Agreement” to be adopted, a 2/3 majority is needed, which amounts to 130 votes.

There are a total of 72 nations in the Africa Group and the Group for Equity who have proposed a comprehensive Pathogen Access and Benefit Sharing system. This block of 72 nations is more than enough to hold a commanding position in the negotiations, because they can ensure that no agreement can be reached (194-72=122) without their cooperation.

The WHO Director-General (Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus) is right.

I have been saying for months that this is NOT really about national sovereignty.

That narrative is functioning as a decoy.

THIS IS MUCH MORE DANGEROUS, AND THE DANGER WILL CONTINUE EVEN AFTER THESE NEGOTIATIONS FAIL.

The United States was represented by Loyce Pace who, to my knowledge, was NOT confirmed by the Senate to act in the capacity as a representative to the Executive Board. This is in clear violation of U.S. law.
