Two women identifying themselves as former WHO employees, in one of the early-ish "Corona Investigative Committee" sessions, claimed that there is an inofficial agreement that Bill G.'s influence in WHO is as much as that of a full member state, as he pays accordingly and demanded it. There is apparently a document for the request, but it was never formally decided on and swept under the rug.

I agree, except for the "replace" part. There realy no such thing as public health, only individual health. Any attempts by government to create public health, is merely an excuse for control over individuals health and subsequent life. End the WHO.
It is clear the WHO are captured and are using 'health' to bring about totalitarian control which fits in with the New World Order and the corporate clowns that are masquerading as doctors and scientists despite not having a single qualification in these fields.
